"Power was out due to a storm. I had to call the power company to get estimates on when/if power would be turned back on. Estimate was 11:15pm. I called at 11:30, power company said power was on and if my rooms still wasn’t on then I’d need to call an electrician. I said not having power right away was fine as it was still light, but it never being fixed, nor anyone at the property helping is an issue. Towels were covered with stains and one of the pillows has a smear of something on it. Price is fine and location is cool, but this issue I had, the cleanliness, and the lack of many amenities is a bit frustrating."
