This hotel needs a hotel to be a hotel, if there are stars in minus i woul give this hotel (five stars minus) The only good thing is that there are a shoping centre within 100m and rhe friendly reseptionists

Hotel caters for school trips
Best thing was the metro into the centre which was just across the road. Safe didn’t work, large patch of paint missing from ceiling, bathroom doors damaged, no plug for the bath and air con that only blew out hot making sleeping very difficult. Poor breakfast, miserable staff. Lots of school trips visiting during our 3 night stay

Love the staff and condition of the rooms. The cleaning staff was great. Location was perfect for us. Only complaint are about the beds. They are rock hard. Very uncomfortable. Also the air conditioner would only turn in hot. Would not cool or regulate itself. So we kept it off the entire week.

Clean and Comfortable
Comfortable and clean hotel. The hotel is beside a metro station giving easy access to Seville Centro with the main attractions. Many cafes / restaurants / shops with easy walking distance. If driving (I was) the hotel has easy access from the freeway and ample on site parking (fee). Wifi signal was strong. I would stay there again.

Clean & Safe Hotel Outside of Sevilla
This hotel doesn't deserve a 4 start rating. I read the expedia review and booked the hotel but was disappointed for several reasons. The hotel doesnt offer King size beds but joins two twin beds to make it a large queen or king size bed and if you are sleeping with your wife or partner imagine the bed separating in the middle of the night and falling on the floor. The hotel doesn't have iron nor does it have laundry services. If you need to do laundry, you will need to walk 15 min in the heat towards a coin laundry near the gas station and most of the time the water isn't available and can only dry clothes in the dryer. The fridge never worked which was a common complaint by many guests in expedia review. The hotel is outside Sevilla and you will have to take Taxi or metro to get to the city. The metro is right across the street. The restaurant doesn't really have a good menu and is not worth it. There are restaurants behind the hotel in the Metromar Mall and more choices and better priced. The only options for water and coffee is a vending machine that works 50% of the time. If you are taking tours to Cordoba or Granada you will have to drive or get to Sevilla as most tour groups will have a surcharge for pickup or will require you to meet at a hotel in Sevilla.

The hotel staff were very polite and English was not an issue. The room and bathroom are large and tidy. The hotel is not in the centre of Sevilla but the metro is next door and only takes about 15 minute to get to the city centre. There are resturants near by eg: 5 minute walk. The only real issue we had was that the mini bar fridge didn't work, the next day they came up with a replacement fridge, plug it in and didn't check to see if it worked and left, soon found out that this one didn't work either.

Highly recommended!
This hotel is located across the street from a metro station, just minutes walk from a movie theater and a shopping center with restaurants and a grocery store. The staff were outgoing and friendly and sufficiently able to speak English that there was no problem communicating. Parking was included and is on site. The hotel itself is almost brand-new, built in 2011 as I understand. It still looks brand-new. The views from this high-rise hotel are wonderful. The metro ride into central Sevilla takes approximately 15 minutes.

Good for the price...
It was a really good price, but was not particularly a great hotel. For the price I'd maybe stay in it again, but there are probably nicer hotels out there. It was easy to get to from the freeway, offered free underground parking and the nearby metro made transit to the downtown very easy. The hotel felt empty and even a bit neglected despite looking brand new. Materials and finishing in the hotel felt very cheap and there wasn't much sound proofing between rooms. The dinner at the hotel was a sad experience. It was a buffet with moderately warm food and very little ambiance. There were only four tables being used while 90% of the space was empty, and half the dinning room was in darkness. It had the charm and liveliness of a nursing home dinner hall. The room wasn't particularly clean. The bed felt as if it was just a box spring and it would have been nice to have some international tv channels. The shower had very low water pressure and the free soaps and shampoo were pretty disappointing. Service was decent and friendly so no complaints there.

Clean and modern
When you book the hotel make sure you understand it's not in Seville and if you don't have a car, you will need to use the public transportation, so plan for that. Plus: the hotel is located near all transportation stops, so it shouldn't be a problem. If you are by car: to get to the city center is about 15 minutes (the hotel is close to the highway). The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. Wifi works very well and the parking is free. Staff is helpful and friendly, everyone speaks English. They also have a restaurant where you can get breakfast and dinner. Prices are very low for the meals, food is OK. One thing we had trouble with it most hotels in Portugal and Spain - they don't have irons in rooms neither on the reception, so you would have to use their services... Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you are by car.

Great location next to the metro station for quick access to downtown Seville. Staff were very helpful and accomodating. Only issue would have been the air conditioning which had to be turned on manually!

Great hotel
Lovely hotel with very accommodating and friendly staff. Staying with 2 small children they gave us 2 connecting rooms. We were surprised to find no highchair in the restaurant but they had bought one within 24 hours. Location good, close to shops and metro for quick travel into central Sevilla.

Weekend in Seville
this was a fabulous place to stay. Very convenient for trouble free travelling into the centre of Seville. Only problem was the water machine was poorly stocked - i.e. empty!! seems a very under used place. rooms were excellent, very clean and tidy. air conditioning was good. Tea and coffee in the hotel should be a great british export that hotels can adopt - assuming there is decent tea!! And an extra pillow would be a benefit I would definitely use this place again if it manages to survive the recession

Nice hotel but better suited for business visitor
We stayed here for 3 nights in April! The hotel is very contemporary and the staff were very helpful. The hotel is located at the last stop of the impressive Metro system so it takes about 20 minuted via Metro to get into or out of central Seville. If you don't mind this travelling then the hotel is an ideal stay, located next to a modern Shopping Mall.

Sight seeing in Sevilla
Very good location, shopping mall next door, subway across the street. The front desk and dining room staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again. The room is well laid out, well equipped and comfortable, but I found that the bed was a little too firm for me, but might be fine for others. It takes about 15 minutes by the subway (including about five stops) to reach the main historical area of Seville.

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights, the rooms are new, clean and pretty big, and only 10-15 minutes from the center of Sevilla by Metro, sadly that means that the hotel is situated far out of the city center if you look at the kilometers.... and the metro closes at 11pm. secondly - the hotel apparently only offers twin beds and not a queen bed...

Couldn't find a worst location!
Can't say anything about the staff (most are very professional) and room comfort. But the hotel location is extremely bad. Lost in the middle of nowhere; some sort of new neighborhood in the works, far from everything (Sevilla to start with!) and really difficult to find. I had a car and got lost every time I was coming back to the hotel where parking has a charge. That's not good: one can accept paying when an hotel is located in a city center, not when you have fields all around. Overall would not recommend the hotel and would be very careful with the description of it on the HUSA website. Beware!

Mi valoración es muy positiva en el alojamiento. He de destacar la amabilidad de la recepcionista en la tarde del sábado 2 Dec. Fue un encanto, competente y con mucha predisposición. He quitado una estrella por el personal del servicio de limpieza. En la mañana temprano ha comenzado a limpiar la habitación de al lado y el pasillo dando repetidos porrazos exagerados y finalmente nos ha despertado. Al salir de la habitación hemos visto a la chica de la limpieza y no ha dado ni los buenos días. El resto, repito, de 10. Repetiremos pero por favor que tengan consideración con los huéspedes hasta su salida.
