Proximity to the airport makes this basic hotel fine for a short stay. Some furniture was dated and worn. Friendly staff. Restaurant was pricey for quantity.

Good staff and better than expected restaurant on site. It's near the airport and that's great. Parking isn't the best, but manageable. People wandering the parking lot was unexpected.

This was a perfect option for our brief overnight layover at SEA. The hotel is literally across the street from the airport and there is a convenient shuttle bus that runs every 20 minutes for most of the day and night. The room was comfortable and the bed was nice. There was a restaurant that provided room service with good pizza. There was even free coffee in the morning as we waited for the shuttle bus.

Very close to Sea-Tac airports. Lots of shuttles from long term parking as well as shuttle from hotel. Wish there was a swimming pool for the kids

WiFi was useless in the rooms. Utterly useless. Showers with slick floors, no mats, and no grab bars are dangerous.

I'm sorry that you were having trouble with your WIFI, not sure if you were helped with that on our end, but if that was on our end, we apologize for the inconvenience. The Crowne Plaza SeaTac is conveniently located close to the link light rail, making it the perfect location for travelers using public transportation. The restaurant is good for hotel food. The staff are great. Polite with good attitudes.

The rooms were tight and suffocating We had suite but was smaller than expected sofa bed opens right next to reg bed Very crammed up You have to ask for everything Nothing is prepared in advance No bedding for sofa bed etc

Location was good, right next to the airport. But, the hotel was just ok. They tried to get someone to fix the heat, our stay was during a cold spell.

Great location. Convenient to SeaTac airport. Free shuttle service is a game changer after a long flight. Or to walk if you feel the need. Ideal location for a layover or a quick visit. Friendly staff with the convenience of food & libation.
