The manager Jocelyn displayed extreme rudeness. We witnessed two instances where she was highly unprofessional. She was snappy with us when we checked it, and then turned her attitude toward a younger staff member. One maid, (name unknown), also acted in a similar manner. I'm not sure if this type of workplace demeanor is seen as acceptable here, but it's definitely not okay or comfortable to be around. We also reserved multiple rooms, and did not get what we paid for. The bed sizes were either changed upon checking in, or they need to re check their sizing. I'm extremely disappointed in the service we received, and will not be coming back. The younger staff, however, was so nice and helpful. She went out of her way to accommodate us, even after being treated poorly by other staff members.

After a lackluster check in, we entered a room that had not been cleaned well with obvious dust and dirt clusters on the floor and a stain on the sheet. The last straw was when we found ants in the bathroom and on the chair in the main room. A new room was provided for us quickly with better customer service than the first employee. Can't see returning to this property.

The area was nice but you definitely get what you pay for. There was great ventilation in the room. Our room and hallway constantly smelled like food even though we didn’t have any in our room. The walls were extremely thin. You can hear rooms next to you opening and closing their window blinds and hanging up their clothes. Towels were slightly stained. Overall an average stay for the price but probably won’t be back.

This is a business hotel, not a tourist hotel, which I didn’t realize when I booked it. The breakfast options included muffins, yogurt, coffee, Lipton tea, and hot chocolate. They asked for an id of everyone staying in the room. At one point I asked for a few make up remover wipes, and they looked at me like I was crazy for asking before telling me they didn’t have any. After checking out and loading up the car, I went back inside to ask for a restroom. I was told that I should just use the one in my room. This was from the same person who had just checked me out. There is no restroom in the lobby. The parking lot was almost always a mess. If you parked to the side of the hotel instead of in front, there would be a vehicle blocking your path out.

The gal that checked us in was super sweet. However, this was not the best experience. We were given keys to someone else's room or a room that wasn't cleaned yet. The next room smelled of body oder and the fridge made a terrible noise. The street noise from the freeway along with the God awful squeaking/knocking noise of the fridge kept us up all night. People were out in the parking lot honking their horns and yelling. There is NO ice machine. We were told to make some, but we were only staying one night. By the time the water would actually freeze we'd be gone. I nearly slipped and fell in the elevator because there was a terrible mess of dropped food and water. Our keys wouldn't allow us to use the side entrances and people were smoking right outside the doors.

The reason I am unable to give and excellent is because in the room I went to sit at the desk, there is 2 office chairs and it slid back, and I fell on the floor hurting my elbow. concern it could have been worse, there is no notice beware of sliding office chairs with wheels or had it been a child, or elderly could have been a different scenario. Other than that, I like the room, wide, bathroom and shower good size, and noise no complain bed size and blanket we liked.... Definitely will stay again but I will be more careful with the chairs.

I waited over an hour after check in for room. Because they were not clean. Then I was given a room that had a knock sound in the. Refrigerator so I barely slept the bed with super uncomfortable. It was not a great experience for the amount of money I paid.

This is a nice, clean and quiet place to stay. The only downside was that there were no basic utensils or dishes to use or a coffee/tea maker. You had to ask the front desk but they were out. Otherwise a great stay overall. I will stay here again.

The staff is amazing, I had to extend my stay due to my mother being in the hospital. They had no issues with that and even called me to see if I needed my room clean.

Great deal for one night at a convenient location with parking. No coffee included in the room. I didn't expect first-class service, but I still expect at least a hello and/or a smile from the front desk when checking in. The receptionist had the attitude of being inconvenienced by my presence. I was in a work meeting this morning at 10 am. The front desk called twice. I finally stopped my meeting and answered the phone. I was asked if I was extending my stay. I responded I thought check out was at 11. The woman said it is. I said then why are you calling me? She said they were ready to clean roomse. I said I would leave at check out time. I then had another work meeting. Housekeeping started banging on my door at 10:58. I was still in the meeting. They came back 3 times in 5 minutes! Completely disrupted my meeting. I left by 11:05. This was all so unprofessional! I will not stay with you again or refer others to your hotel.

Check in was weird. Couldn't find anyone for 10 minutes. Asked for both ID's. Very rudely. Went to room, key card didn't work. Took 20 minutes to find anyone to help. She treated us like Americas most wanted , asked all kind of questions. Free breakfast was joke. Room was 59 degrees when we got in. Heaters was intermitent and very noisy. Will never stay here again ! That includes any other Extended Stay America !

We had reserved the room and upon reaching the place at 9PM, they say they do see our reservation but don't have any room available! Re-booking experience from expedia was also terrible.
