We’d come back. Breakfast was a bit skimpy.
The directions to get into the property were confusing. No clear signs where to make that right turn.

The futon in the room was old and worn out. The breakfast choices were sub par compared to other Microtel establishments we have stayed at in the past. Access to hotel was confusing and lacked visual signage. Overall there is room for improvement.
Hotel was great, room clean & beds very comfortable.
Breakfast however, was VERY poor offering only ‘continental’ style, all cold & few options. Sadly, for Microtel, this hasn’t changed in years whereas their competition has, with most others having a hot (eggs, sausage, a on, etc), nutritious breakfast being more the ‘norm’ these days!
Hotel is clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Furniture in the room needs to be replaced. Sofa bed was very dirty and old. Mattress was ok. Very practical to have microwave and fridge with freezer. Room was nice size and you could open window for fresh air. Breakfast is very very limited but ok. Hotel entrance is a little tricky to find. Location is great right off the highway. I would recommend when traveling.

This hotel is conveniently located, well run, clean and a great deal for the price.
The only dislike is the breakfast. It needs to offer better coffee, fruit and a better fare all around.
Had a 7 night stay and it says they will clean room every other day... After the 5th day I had to complain for my room to be cleaned. Also had to ask for towels a few days. Hallways were noisy late at night.
The lot is small and a little weird to get into. But once you’re here it is a solid operation. 24 hour coffee bar and the people who work here are really nice. Great value for the price!

My only complaint was that it was difficult to find the entrance of the hotel from the main road especially late at night. Also the walls were a little thin as I could hear the neighboring room pretty clearly. Despite this, the hotel was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and breakfast was basic but good. I would consider returning if I needed to be in that area again without hesitation.

Clean, very nice staff, but the included continental breakfast was not as good as when we previously stayed there. The front desk clerk was also responsible for stocking the breakfast food and supplies on that day, probably due to a staff shortage. Otherwise a nice place to stay, close to highway 81 (a bit noisy from transport trucks at times). The parking lot is a bit tricky to access, but fine once you know where the entrance is!

I usually do not have a bad experience at this location. However, my room smells like mildew and somewhat smoke. There was no remote to turn the TV on. I decided to call the front desk but notice there where no buttons on the phone. My daughter attends college close and I've stayed here when visiting for the past 4 yrs. I am quite surprised.
