". There’s a lot to love here — great location, a nice pool, and a charming boutique feel. But two things seriously undercut the experience: staff attitude and a sneaky parking charge. The front desk staff come across as indifferent at best, unwelcoming at worst — not what you want when you’re checking into a hotel. They’ve also added a maintenance/security/pool hybrid who spends most of his time sitting around the office with a puppy, contributing little beyond dragging the vibe down further. This team needs a serious customer service overhaul. Then there’s the $10/night parking fee — nowhere listed, just quietly added to your bill. For what? Unsecured spots around the building perimeter with zero security presence. Save your money and park across the street for free. Fix the staff culture and be transparent about fees, and this place could be a real gem."

"Horrible customer service !!! Changed the price of my stay!!! Wouldn't change rate even after the mistake happened and pointed out at 29 min check in!!!!!! AWFUL VERY DISAPPOINTED IN WHOLE STAY...BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS WITH RATES!!!!!!! SHAME ON RESERVATION!!!"

"Pretty much the best part of our room was that the door locked and we had hot water. The ice machine didn’t work because it was outside, we had a nice brown stain on our window curtain, another yellowish stain on one of the pillowcases, the tile between the carpet and the sink was cracked and could’ve easily cut one of our feet, the chair in the corner was very dirty, a lot of the items in the bathroom were not secured to the wall. The shower head and bathtub nozzle were extremely loose, the towel holder was loose, and another bar in the bathroom was loose although I wasn’t sure what that one would be used for. The breakfast bar had grapefruits as well. Normally I’d have one but one of them was moldy on our first day so I decided to just not have any the rest of the time we were there. I did take pictures and videos of everything except for the fruit. However, I will say that the woman who helped check us in was very pleasant. She had red hair and tattoos."

"Fun place for family, staff is friendly, and parking isnt bad. The Bad.. The place is swarming with mosquitoes and our hotel had dozens of them flying inside. My son is highly allergic and got bit in the face multiple times causing me to take him to Urgent care. Now his face looks like a large black eye and I have a medical bill."

"This is a very nice place and the staff is wonderful! We have stayed here a couple of times. We don’t live far. It’s a nice staycation when we need a night of relaxation away from home! I do have to say, this time there was a bit of a mosquito problem inside our room. We killed a few, but my son was bit a few times throughout. And, our tv kept freezing up in the middle of shows and we had to turn it on and off several times throughout the night. That was frustrating! Maybe they need a better internet service for the hotel. I have never stayed at a hotel where that has happened before. That was a little disappointing!"
