Good location from which to travel or return to the airport. Great facilities, good restaurant and bar, friendly and well trained personnel. They even have a casino on the premises.

Amazing Hotel but breakfast lady was rude
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Hotel. The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. The decor in the hotel is amazing. Breakfast was good. On the first day there was a nice man making omelettes which we enjoyed. On the second day (18th of May) there was a very rude lady making eggs. She refused to make omelettes and she treated guests like trash. Her attitude almost ruined our lovely experience in the hotel. The managers need to speak to her to treat people better.

Terrible room layout, washbasin in the middle of room. Se through toilet door, a glass sliding door that won’t even close properly. Uncomfortable mattress and pillows. Restaurant onsite disappointing However staff was very friendly and caring. Apparently proper rooms with proper bathroom and toilets are available at this property, but were sold out during our stay. No shops or dining options in vicinity except for a McDonald’s 10 -15 mins walk away.

Beautiful hotel ,easy to find ,plenty of parking .The room was perfect and bed comfortable. Everything seemed so clean .Very quiet place and staff where really nice .I can highly recommend this place .

Lovely Hotel
Stayed for a week and the hotel was immaculately clean including the rooms. The beds are amazing but the rooms were cold and the heating system hardly did anything. It was -5 outside so it's difficult to be too damning of the hotel but i was sleeping in a full tracksuit under the covers. Staff were very attentaitive, the main restaurant served an amazing fish dish very reasonably priced, but its quite formal, and after working 10+ hour shifts i didnt fancy a formal dinner every night. There is a gym advertised but its very very basic.

The hotel is ok, but for the stars and cost was expecting more. At least in our room the heat worked poorly it took almost 8 hours to get the room to 15 degrees (the window was open when we arrived. The rest of the experience was ok but I would still say not good value for money.

Long weekend visiting tulip fields
A lovely hotel if you are visiting the very popular tulip fields. Well located, comfortable and all staff were very welcoming. Great breakfast.

Another nice & comfortable stay.
Very clean and comfortable as always. Some of the furniture is little tired and worn however this does impact the overall stay which was very good.

Great place to stay with or without kids. It is spacious, modern and very well maintained. Plenty of parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to train station, grocery store. Short scenic drive to the beach at North Sea. 35 minutes train ride to Amsterdam, 15 minutes to the airport, 20 minutes to Den Haag. We had a minor issue with the TV, which was addressed quickly.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is good in terms of room tidiness cleanliness. The restaurant provides breakfast is good. And the food of breakfast has a lot of choices. The only problem is it located quite far from the nearest train station if you need to go there with bulk luggage by walking. But without luggage is still OK if weather is good.

Great room with reasonable price
The room is with good size and very clean. We also rent bikes for cycling to tulip farm and the staff was really helpful in giving us the direction for our trip. The location of hotel is close to highway, so very convenient if come by car. Overall, really recommend and would love to stay again.

It's a close walk to the train station. It was very convenient to rent bikes from the hotel. We rode bikes to Keukenhof, Leiden and the coast during our visit. All trips were ~30minutes away by bike so it wasn't necessary to rent a car during our stay in Sassenheim. Keukenhf gardens were just magnificent - never saw anything like it and the bike ride there took us through roads with tulip fields everywhere. The weather was beautiful and the timing was perfect for the blooms.
