Service excellent, sustainability needs work.
I love this hotel and the concept of it. The staff is friendly and the service is amazing. The plastic bottles everywhere are not really indicative of sustainability. It would be nice to put a glass bottle in each room and water stations on each floor.

Great Hotel with few things to work on
Fantastic service, great food, great location...I would stay here again. Few suggestions: The pool area needs work, we did not find anybody attending or helping us in the locker room. The water was not warm in the pool and we found no towels or chairs to relax in the sauna section - which is necessary after the use of the sauna. Eco commitment needs to be upgraded: lots of little plastic bottles for water, towels, and sheets were changed every day. As this is nice, I think we can work better on reusing.

São Paulo stunner
The Hotel Unique lives up to its name. From the soaring entry ceilings and port windows in the room, it’s beautiful and interesting. The downstairs pool is heated perfectly. Loved the big bed with tons of pillows.

I have been staying in UNIQUE for a while now, but now I see it needs an update on the rooms. the floors are very dirty and sticky where there is no way to walk with bare foot.

Unique lives up to its name. It makes for a very memorable experience at a top rate hotel. Its proximity to the park gives the rooms a great view. Their attention to detail is unparalleled. The amenities, including the two pool are top notch. I just wished they had an area to sit comfortably with your laptop. And that they brought back the treats they gave with turndown.
