Ótimo quarto, estrutura poderia melhorar
O hotel é ótimo e bastante confortável, com cama grande e lençóis confortáveis. A varanda do quarto tem uma ótima vista para a cidade. A equipe é simpática e prestativa em todas as áreas. No entanto, a piscina estava muito suja (água turva) e não há cadeiras/espreguiçadeiras o suficiente para os hóspedes que frequentam a piscina. O café da manhã é ok, com enos opções do que hotéis da mesma qualidade.

The room had a musty smell of mold. Not a good value for the price paid and there are better properties nearby for the same price that are cleaner.

We stayed three nights at this mid-level hotel. The room was very comfortable, clean and nice! City view, within walking distance of good restaurants, shops and Ibirapuera Park. We would stay here again!

Amazing Value
We have a wonderful experience at Comfort Ibirapuera. The room was nice the WiFi worked very well. The only thing I would like to have in the room was an iron and board. The breakfast was very good. My husband and I decided that Comfort Ibirapuera will be our first choice hotel when visiting Sao Paulo again in the future.

My Hotel Review
The hotel was located such that I would could take a taxi to and from my work location. Taxies were easily arranged and were inexpensive. I certainly recommend traveling by taxi if you need t go any distance, e.g. over 3 km (2 miles). The hotel was clean, the breakfast buffet was adequate but nothing to look forward to, the air conditioning was difficult to control (very slow responding). The room provided adequate space for me (1 person) to work and sleep. The desk while not large, provided enough space to work and the free WIFI was acceptable however slow. A couple of real annoyances; the single telephone in the room was located at the bed stand and not on the desk (given a preference I would have chosen the desk); there was not iron or ironing board in the room as advertised; and they missed 2 of my 3 wake up calls (I was already up so I did not sleep through them) and mentioning this to the front desk changed nothing.

Language Problem
Since some receptionists could not communicate in English, I had difficulty consulting with them how to connect to the internet via wi-fi. The instruction provided by them for the internet was very poor and difficult to understand due to their English ability.

Breakfast was quite good. Location is nice if you have business around the area and want to stay close to Congonhas Airport. Good restaurants and some shops in the neighbourhood, and it doesn't look dangerous to walk around (during the day of course). Staff is friendly and room was clean. The only problem I had was that lift was not working in the first day of my stay and had to climb up and down 13 levels...

Great Business hotel
Great hotel in a great part of town. Safe, great restaurants in the area as well as banks, drug stores, Etc. Hotel has been given a facelift recently so it is very decent. Not fancy, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast is ok but the restaurant for anything else is a waste of money. Take a walk to Speranza across the street and have some of the best Italian food in Sao Paulo, or anywhere else, for that matter.

More like an expensive Bed and Breakfast
Cons: Personnel is kind but services are minimal. Even the restaurant would not open for lunch everyday as announced. We arrived 9pm and hat to wait 40 minutes for our room to be cleaned and prepared. This was annoying. Pros: Nice (but cold) pool on the roof besides the functional gym room. Hotel is 10 floors, from 11th to 20th (it is an office's building up to 10th floor). Rooms are quite ok and bed is great. Balcony offers a view to the city; noisy avenue Ibirpuera does not bother as the windows isolate well. Moema neighborhood is a relatively high profile residential area with good options of restaurants and bars. Near Congonhas airport and Ibirapuera park. Easy to reach the central areas of Paulista and downtown by bus or taxi, both in front of the hotel.

Excellent location
The Comfort Hotel Ibirapuera is very well situated. The neighborhood has lots of good restaurants, a big shopping center and easy access to downtown and Congonhas airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately the maintenance of the hotel itself has been neglected. The elevator situation needs improvement. You wait a very long time just to get to your room or down to the lobby. The breakfast area is extremelly small and cumbersome. The breakfast itself was good.

Hotel com ótima localização, porém em reforma e falta de energia elétrica, com gerador em áreas comuns, e pra mim , em recuperação de cirurgia foi um descomfort. Graças a compreensão da Srta. Geovanni, foi providenciado uma realocação! Ficará ótimo após a reforma!

Ao reservar pelo site a foto mostrava cama grande 1 de casal 1 solteiro, fomos em 2 adultos e 1 criança 7anos, ao chegar fomos informados que o quarto tinha 1 cama viuvo e 1 solteiro, impossivel dormir 3 pessoas, nos colocam em 1 quarto com 1 cama casal , dormimos bem desconfortáveis, , no site a reserva foi para 3 pessoas ,esse quarto com 1 cama era ate mais barato!!! Muito decepcionado com a situação!!!

É bom, mas precisa melhorar muito. Vem decaindo.
O hotel precisa melhorar bastante, pelo preço, deveria atender muito melhor às expectativas. Fui a um tempo atrás e o atendimento era outro. As portas dos quartos batem demais, fazem um barulho horrível e acordam todo mundo, não tem um freio para diminuir o impacto. Pedi um gin na piscina e me trouxeram um copo plástico de 200ml com um gin de qualidade bem ruim com água tônica e só. Valor? 45,00. Ombrelone? Não tem! Um sol escaldante e na piscina não tem uma sombra. Ao ligar, disseram que infelizmente não podem fazer nada. Checkin antecipado: quando fui no início do ano, consegui entrar antes pagando um valor ok. Agora, cobram uma diária inteira para entrar antes de 10h e meia diária de 10h a 12h. Ou seja….

Tudo muito bom. Não tivemos problemas.
Minha família e eu ficamos hospedados lá por 6 dias, e foi tudo muito bom. Os funcionários foram sempre simpáticos e solicitos. As toalhas foram trocadas todos os dias e o quarto estava sempre limpo. Não tivemos nenhum tipo de problema. O café da manhã também foi muito bom. O local do hotel é um caso a parte. Perto de tudo. Tem uma estação de metrô na porta, tem supermercados nos arredores, farmácias e etc.
