Just ok!
It is an ok hotel! I traveled for business and wifi is a must, but it was super slow and impacted my meetings. The food availabilities especially if you are looking for healthy vegan options are literally zero.

I always stay here on my yearly trips and it’s always been pleasant and best experiences ! This time I had issues with Wi-Fi, chargers, noises . Sadly, my shortest stay was definitely disappointing. I gave them feedback and I hope they act to improve the issues … they seem to care and listen , which is the start to improve ….

Great stay at Pullman Hotel
Arrived on a Sunday, restaurant, bar, and snack deli was closed. Ordered room service later in the evening and it took 1.5 hours for them to deliver. Not sure what the policy for Sunday is but, as a hotel, I would believe restaurant and all food service should be available. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall stay. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Hotel is in a very good area and there’s a shopping center about 200 yards from the hotel.

Great stay but expensive
Super awesome location, in a nice, beautiful building. It's well located next to shopping mall too. Everything was good, although I felt the price was a bit high, especially for early check-in which I needed to use.

The Pullman hotel was not available due to maintenance and that was never communicated during the reservation time. They put me on another neighbor hotel which I had stayed before and which was not what i was expecting. Yet, they were friendly and the service at the other hotel was good. I just hoped they had notified me in advance of my booking as I would have made other arrangements.

Amazing breakfast and clean rooms
The breakfast at the property is one of a Kind definitely recommend it! Very clean room with full stocked mini bar and 24h gym access. Shower pressure is excellent and the separate tub from shower is a plus. Very convenient located 15-20min from Congonhas airport. It is my preferred hotel cost benefit in SP (I travel to SP for business around 6 times a year from Orlando).

Great location, fairly decent business hotel, VERY friendly and helpful staff. We were well taken care of when we arrived from an early flight. However, the espresso machines in the rooms don't fit in the socket, thus defeating the purpose of having it. (Please fix this, it's frustrating as hell.) The lack of pool is unfortunate but I was aware before booking. Mattress is a bit firm but that's not the end of the world.

Business stay in Vila Olimpia
Business trip. We chose this hotel based on location, as its the best option in terms of hotel standard in this specific of Vila Olimpia. We arrived to the hotel prior to check-in, they offered us to shower and freshen up in the gym/spa restrooms, and they would store our luggage until our return. The room is spacious. Breakfast staff was wonderful. Breakfast has a good amount of options -- I mostly stuck to the yogurt, fruits and coffee. You have an additional option to order from a menu during breakfast at no extra charge. There is a simple gym available and for those who would prefer, there is an option to order a workout kit to your room, which is an awesome workaround for those who just want to get a quick workout before starting the day. My main negative feedback is that much of all the kitchen utensils were not clean, whether it being in the room or in the food hall.

Nice music around the hotel and a DJ playing at night at bar area. Food is not the best but then I am very difficult as used to gourmet food. A bit too salty here. Service is very friendly but you may get the wrong thing so make sure they understood you.
