It was very convenient localed, 4 min from the airport. Very friend staff and very clean. The only thing is that bedroom's carpet was outdated and stained. I would stay here again.

Overnight Stay for Airport
I enjoyed my stay at the eSuites Congonhas. The staff was very friendly and patient with me, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The pool area was attractive and pleasant, and the restaurant was great. I chose it because of its free shuttle to the airport close by, but it exceeded my expectations!

Property is under major construction, renovation that shouldn’t be opened considering there is debris and dirt everywhere. The hotel is very old.

The property is under remodeling, but very busy, the front desk is hidden in the back entrance with no instructions, the front is all damaged, unsafe to walk and impossible to roll your bags. The apartment is spacious but outdated, no outlets by the bed for phone chargers, shower area with mold, burnt light bulbs all over the place… nobody answers the front desk phone.

ESuite is a convenient hotel, close to shopping, airport, easy to find. The receptionists are very friendly and professionals. The restaurant needs improvement about food to auxiliar people with different health conditions and they ar not much open to it. The hotel has a beautiful pool and a great gym. I think they could make a better lobby area.

Close and convenient
Quick trip to SP, meets all needs as close to Congonhas, checkin and out quick and efficient Some amenities need renovation, principally the bathrooms

The stay was fine , the Kay system in elevator was tricky, I had an issue with the bathroom sink that was partily blocked. The hotel has great access and Uber and taxis find it easily

There is no parking, the halls and ceiling were dirty. The front desk at checkin it was unfriendly, other front desks were really nice. The bellman Silva it was very helpful and a nice, treated me and my family very good.

Comfortable, quiet, well-appointed rooms.
Excellent cost-benefit. Good location near Congonhas airport (walking distance, even) and in a safe and relatively quiet neighbourhood. Sound-proof rooms, very comfortable beds, excellent hot showers.

O quarto é amplo, confortável e limpo! Único comentário negativo é a atendente Thaís que quando eu solicitei um quarto com frente para o aeroporto ela nem se quer se deu ao trabalho de verificar se haviam quartos disponíveis (eu sabendo que o hotel estava com baixa ocupação) e disse que não era possível.

Nice suite
It was a nice stay housecleaning came up immediately and made the 3rd bed so we were ready to rest. We had to change rooms though because the living room tv wouldn’t work for our daughter. The maintenance man was so helpful. The breakfast in the morning was great and ample to start our day and the front desk was very accommodating to me and my family.

Comfortable.
My wife and I went for a conference. My suite had a living room, office and kitchen. For a good price. We loved to have all that space. Lavatory our of bathroom. Great idea! Great shower with perfect pressure and temperature. Though it was really close to the airport, we were surprised with almost no noise. Restaurant and Cafe really nice. Great breakfast. Our only downer was that we were expecting a king size bed. And the sink faucets made a loud noise. This was room 1608.

Room is outdated, bed quite small really needs a renovations, even though the location is convenient due to the short distance to malls and airports you can find newer hotels for similar prices. Bathroom old water can’t hold the desired temperature walls and floor stained Breakfast was good and the shuttle is very convenient.

I did not like the room key card system they used. It fails constantly and I needed to reactivate the key everyday. I got to the room upstairs and I had to return to the reception to activate a key everyday I was there. Terrible system. The reception say it is our fault because we keep the room key nears others magnetic cards but it is not right, even if we keep the key completely separated and protect it still fails. It is just a excuse and worst they say it is fault.
