We had a problem with the air conditioning in the first room, which the knew about. However, when we complained they moved us to a different room the next day and the issue wax resolved. The staff were very helpful with any inquiries and had good recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing.

Rip off!
Had two wonderful stays here but were very upset and frustrated to be - we felt- ripped off by checking in early 😢 We messaged the hotel a few days before arrival to ask about the arrangements for arriving in the morning- no response. When we arrived the hotel staff had no idea what if any a charge would be to check in early (it was 6am). The room was ready so we took it. Most reputable hotels would either allow an early check in if the room was available, or would be clear on any charge. We were so annoyed when we checked out to be charged nearly double the nightly rate we had paid, for checking in a few hours early. Not happy at all, do not recommend, which is a shame as otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Be clear on your charges and ensure people on reception know what charges are! 😡☹️

The Loft is great for long stay, loads of space and kitchen area very good. Nice to have laundry room for travellers like us - would be great if it had a changing coin machine. Area around felt a bot unsafe due to homeless people. Although it is very central and easy to walk everywhere.
