Great spot, great neighborhood
Great location right near metro and places to eat and a small grocery store in the corner. Staff at office wasn't the friendliest but ok overall. I would stay here again, it was a great rate for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apt and a small kitchen. AC worked fine and roof top pool had a great view of the city

Great apartment. Located right next to metro. Staff went above and beyond to help make some calls for me as I don't speak Spanish. Only down side is no breakfast or restaurant as this is not a full service hotel. Has awesome rooftop pool. In nice neighborhood close to shopping and metro.

Tanto a localização, quanto o sinal da internet são excelentes. O que me incomodou na escolha da hospedagem foi a restrição de horário de atendimento da recepção do Apart Urbano, das 9h30 as 17hs. A portaria é do condomínio e os funcionários se sentem incomodados em atender os hóspedes do Apart. Achei o lençol e fronhas sujos e a troca das toalhas também ficou aquém do desejado.

Bem localizado...e só!
Eu e minha família ficamos hospedados no apart durante 8 dias. Posso dizer que nossa hospedagem foi bizarra. A localização é excelente...e só! O apartamento é simplesmente imundo, não tendo sido trocadas as roupas de cama, para dizer o mínimo. As paredes são sujas. Houve apenas uma troca de toalhas, mesmo assim somente após mais de um pedido meu (a responsável nos informou que a troca ocorre somente às quartas-feiras). Os edredons e cobertores parecem que nunca foram higienizados. Há apenas um aquecedor para todos o apartamento, sendo insuficiente diante dos 6 graus que enfrentamos durante as madrugadas. No quarto dia de hospedagem, a água e a TV a cabo foram cortadas, segundo a administração porque o proprietário do imóvel estava inadimplente com o condomínio. Apesar da falta d'agua, a administração recusou-se a nos trocar de quarto, com o argumento de falta de disponibilidade. Agravou o problema o fato de eu estar com duas crianças. Após muita insistência, no segundo dia da falta d'agua, o máximo que fizeram foi nos emprestar a chave de outro apartamento para que pudéssemos tomar banho e fazer nossas necessidades. Após 48 horas, retornou a água, mas a TV a cabo não foi normalizada, o que, diante do quadro, relevamos. Fiz uma reclamação formal com a hoteis.com e estou aguardando um posicionamento da empresa. Honestamente, sugiro que ninguém caia na mesma armadilha que eu e minha família.

Ap funcional em excelente localuzação
Trata-se de um apto em um prédio residencial. Tem tudo o que se necessita, inclyindo cofre e wifi. Tem até um telefone para receber ligações e ligar para fones fixos local (útil para reservas em restaurantes) Fiquei no 710, de dois quartos. Prédio com portaria 24 h. A recepção funciona de segunda a sábado. No ap, está informado um nro de fone para o hospede contatar, se necessário, 24h. Recomendo.

Bom apart mas a rua é bem barulhenta!
No dia que cheguei recebi as chaves trocadas, como já era tarde não tinha como mudar...fiquei com um quarto que não estava preparado para um casal e duas crianças. O porteiro foi super atencioso, me arrumou roupas de cama, toalhas e cobertores para passarmos aquela primeira noite. No dia seguinte, trocamos de quarto. Todas as minhas solicitações foram atendidas pela administração do apart. O mais difícil foi dormir com o barulho da rua durante toda a noite...
