The price that I paid per night at this hotel back when I stayed in December ($130-141) was reasonable for the value. And I had enjoyed staying there! However, the price was hiked up too much at once after this Raisnand now would never consider staying there. The manager of the hotel should not be SO greedy!! Raising the price by 10-20,000 pesos I could see (this in pesos) ... or $5 to about $150. But it's so sad when greed enters the picture!! 😕

At the time of checking in, the front desk charged me for a sales tax (IVA) that I'm exempt since a was visiting Colombia as a Tourist and I'm not residing there, based in your guidelines you are only required to pay this tax if you're staying more than 60 days or if you're a Colombian resident. I made my formal complaint to management the next day but they never refunded me as they should. The amount of tax that I paid was about US$24.

Wonderful, the staff all friendly , from doorman , valets, waiters, Recepcion attendants, lady cleaned the room , kitchen people . Was a pleasant stay , it is not the first time I go there. ( no manager this time they changed a lot) but all staff as Oscar, Edison, Daniel , Valentina, Juan , Carlos, ( (Margarita The chef), Cristofer , Karen . You always treated as special guest, professionally and friendly and always are looking for your pleasant stay . Thank you guys and hope to see you next trip, happy holidays, sorry if I miss any name . I hope administration see all the work and effort you made for the hotel and guests. Buildings can be anywhere but people like you made the hotel five stars. Especial mention to Oscar and Edison.

I would be remiss not to brag about this hotel, the property is in a beautiful location, the building itself is nice and quietly elegant, and the staff. The property is good. I am very disappointed because I paid for a Double Superior Room - 1 queen & 1 doble bed- but my mother & brother were given a room with one queen bed. They were told there was no more availability!! This is outrageous!

Estaremos en contacto con la Agencia para poder determinar la cama Twin para evitar futuros inconvenientes.

Wonderful Place
This is a wonderful place, the staff is very kind and friendly, I definitely recommend this place. Everything is organized, well maintained and super clean. Great location and super safe, with great restaurant options around.

The Entrance, Lobby and Dinning area were so fancy. However, the room was not at the same level with some poor finishing and furniture. I arrived at 1:15 PM and the recipient refused to check me in before 3 PM which is understood (but most hotels accept) The location was far a little bit from the downtown, however the neighborhood was so nice and safe
