I was lucky enough to be allowed to check-in early which was great. Friendly staff all around.
Did have an issue with the refrigerator which i did not report until check-out so unsure about response.
Well located for the reason for my visit to the area.
Very convenient location: near BART / bus station and near the mall.
Clean, large rooms with good desks and kitchenettes. The provided continental breakfast was average, and the soap dispensers in the bathroom required replacement.
Excellent deal for the money overall.
Marriott is losing its customer centricity, it seems to be a global phenomenon. It has become a common observation. I have had better experiences with other hotel chains atleast in this year.
The location is perfect because it is very near to the great mall. The people are friendly and the place is clean. The only thing that I noticed is that there are only a few options for the breakfast so i ended up eating brunch outside after checking out. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

I had to change my room thrice. In the first room the telephone wasn’t working. I was unable to lock the main door properly in the second and third room. Finally I moved to the fourth room.
I had travelled to this place after a 5 hour long flight, was tired and this is what I was doing for almost 1.5 hours after reaching the hotel.
The elevator suddenly stopped working and I had to climb the stairs to the 4th floor along with my luggage.
Old dirty carpets, old dirty fabric furniture,” hammocky” beds, clean bedding, quiet, kitchen is a major convenience! Big refrigerator is a plus, big TV with Netflix plus also. Convenient location, free parking .
Very well placed, has enough transportation options and food options

My room had a broken air-conditioning unit and the hallway smelled of Marijuana. Kept a 100 dollar deposit without explanation of why they kept it. Will never stay there again.
I had a bad check in experience. I checked in and found the drainage of lavabo gets stuck There was no body to fix it. The guys at front desk gave me a device to drain by myself but i cannot do it. We stayed a night without lavabo.
