Hotel is nice with exceptional staffing; except parking for overnight guest parking does not receive complimentary nor privilege to be park indoor with security gate. It reserved for valet parking only.

Loved my stay.
It was amazing. Staff was friendly and super helpful. Upon checkin we were warmly greeted by Emily. She checked us in and even ensured my daughter had amenities for our stay. rooms were quiet and we could in no way hear the freeway, Definitely will be back.

It was a great experience that I will certainly repeat soon. The food at the restaurant is truly remarkable, both for quality of the ingredients and execution. Excellent choice of wines, including several high end options for true connoisseurs, and high end champagne also by the glass. A true 5 stars experience!

The Best Shower In The History Of Showers
We were here for a weekend of hockey games and cant wait to book again. The hotelcwas very nice and clean. Very quiet too. My favorite thing was the shower. I have been taking showers for fifty-plus years and this was by far the best. Perfect water pressure! Front desk was very friendly, valet and doormen were very friendly. Housekeeping was very polite. We will be back!

They really take care of your at this hotel. Rooms are very comfy and the place is well cleaned. Id like to have an alternative to the #40/night valet parking.

Family Friendly & Thoughtful Accommodation.
Four Season Palo Alto could not have been more gracious and thoughtful. We were traveling with our 2.5 year old and they delivered a pack-n-play, noise machine, diaper genie, and even special soaps for the little guy! Amazing. Mickey pancakes for breakfast with crayons too. Has made me super loyal.

Delightful 2-Night Staycation
Top notch service. Beautiful property. Room, bed, pillows, bathroom, and pool area are all comfortable. Hallways, hotel room and bathroom all smelled fragrant. In room food very good, however desserts did not meet my expectations. Special mention to the pool bar employees Hosan and Junior and to room service employee Roberto. They know good customer service. Quick check in and check out. Self parking is free. This is the second time me and my wife have spent staycation in this hotel and and we would be happy to come back someday.

Tired property with few redeeming features and iffy service including having entirely forgotten my breakfast today without explanation. So far from what the Four Seasons brand used to be. This is like a Marriott with slightly better soap in the bathroom

Fantastic
We’re traveling with a 4 yr old, cleanliness is the most important aspect for our stay and Four Seasons has done a top notch job to make sure we feel very comfortable, day-in and day-out, whether it’s inside our room or within the hotel premise. All staff are so friendly and courteous. This is by far the best overall hotel we’re stayed in the US.

Convenient and comfortable
Good property, well appointed and spacious rooms. Very quiet and comfortable. Super convenient to SFO. Room service breakfast was exceptionally good - timely, elegant, hot. Roof top pool is small and they seem to be struggling a bit with the cocktail service. Condition of hotel is good but for a Four Seasons a few details were surprisingly overlooked - the rug in our room was torn and lifted at the doorstop which could be a potential tripping hazard.

Overall really solid property, rooms could be updated, but are very clean and nice. Love the L'Occitane products, they were amazing. Valet was always fast and available. I wish the bar would stay open later, that is my only complaint.

wonderful upgrade
Easy check-in and check-out. Wonderful upgrade to suite 1002 with panoramic floor to ceiling windows at the end of hallway. Welcomed our miniature dachshund with a cozy bed, food & water bowls, and a homemade peanut butter biscuit. Lovely service start to finish. It was quiet during our stay which we appreciated.

My husband and I took our toddler here for our wedding anniversary. Wonderful service- everyone was extremely accommodating. Only thing I would change is that we stayed in the presidential and they don’t seem to be updating their nespresso cups within the room daily because they were all decaf. But the room itself was wonderful
