The pictures are completely deceiving. The rooms are old. The amenities are old. The staff was very nice and kind. They allowed us for an early check in. We had to switch the room because the smoke detector kept beeping and the thermostat was out of battery. The front desk lady immediately offered to switch our room.

Very loud neighbors in adjacent rooms. Sleeping was difficult. A customer was accusing the safe of entering his room at 1am without his permission.

Was given a smelly dirty room with no blackout shades The breakfast was minimal No ice onsite- but the rooms have fridge/freezers to buy your own ice I will not stay here again.

Properly was dirty .room was dirty , there was dried up vomit inside AC unit on wall and room smelled so bad . Trash hidden under beds and under AC unit . Refrigerator was dirty it was just so nasty I told staff and staff just said ok and did nothing about it !

I have never felt so uncomfortable! Checked in and the clerk said “wait here I need to make sure there are no surprises in there,” and ran and checked our room. We went to the room and there was hair in the bathtub, empty toilet paper roll in the garbage can and a lubed up handprint on the headboard. I will never ever stay there again. It was disgusting!!!

It's good for the price you pay in Silicon Valley. No USB port to charge your gadget, so you'll need to bring your USB charging port. One thing about the AC/heater in the room. There's a sticker on the AC to tell you not to use the AC controller but the thermostat on the wall. The one on the wall wasn't functioning, so I assumed it's just broken. Right before I checked out, I noticed that the AC controller on the AC worked... When in doubt, try both. Wall and floors are thin. You can hear your neighbor walking in the room and taking shower etc but if you don't have a crazy neighbor, it's manageable. It's quiet at night except occasional train horns but in the morning you constantly hear cars. Blanket was very thin. I was a bit cold.

The rooms were not super clean. It’s a very convenient location. I liked the microwave, fridge ect options but the counters and things did not look and feel clean. Price matched the room.

The Carpets on the 2nd floor smells terrible the room was dirty, there was food stains all over the fridge and hair in the tub. There were 2 (what looked like dried buggers) on the base board of the bed. The burners of the kitchen were extremely dirty and there was splatter in the microwave. I had to get my own Clorox wipes to be able to stay because everything around the area was booked if not we would have left

Property had a little kitchenette, but wasn't stalked with silverware, or any sort of dishes. So what was the point of having a kitchenette. Room could have been a little cleaner. Dried up bug on counter and some stains on the laminate floor, that easily would have come up with a mop. Bed seemed to be nice, clean and fairly comfortable.

Perfect place to stay if you’re going to watch a Niners game. You can walk to the stadium which is a 20-25 minute walk or you can catch the bus which is a five minute ride.

Ok the room was ok except there was no shampoo in the room the air conditioner/ heater unit didn't work and when I told the guy at the front desk the next morning but I was cold all night he just laughed but overall it wasn't to bad they also advertised free breakfast and it was more of a continental breakfast not a real breakfast

Overall stay made the best if it. Area of location is excellent and the staff were really nice. Downfall surprise no ice machine in building and some of rooms or at least mines can use a little remodeling But overall the stay was pleasant

It’s just OK
The hallways smelled and were dirty, our shower tub not sure if it was cleaned prior to us getting there. The beds were ok… the room was ok walked into a funky smell in our room. It was a place to rest our heads. I have stayed at nicer Extended Stays

There were cigarette stains on the countertops and tub, stained and torn carpet. Really not worth it. Breakfast was only instant oatmeal and coffee and or tea. I will not return here
