When you check in hotels, usually they give you free complimentary bottled water. Here they offer you tap water that you have to ask the bar. This is an old old motel 6 like property that has been repainted. Door locks are old and noisy. TV are not smart TV that you cannot even do netflix or Hulu

Beautiful outdoors, very well manicured lawns, great poolside fun area, colorful flowers/shrubs, and 5 star heavenly weather! Property was dated, room lights/furniture, windows and insulation of 70’s, I did not like that, also noise level from next room was disturbing. I could hear next door drawer, light switches, definitely snoring and showering.

Overall I really enjoyed this resort. I thought the food was good and the pool area was also nice. Upon checking in their internet system went down so there were a lot of hiccups involved with that and took awhile to get checked in. I was also supposed to have parking included with my stay but my room key rarely worked to enter and exit the parking lot. They were still very accommodating and I don’t believe I was charged for parking. The main thing I had issue with is the lack of microwaves on the resort. The food portions are a good size and after putting leftovers in the fridge, I would love to have been able to heat them up the next day for lunch. I don’t believe the front desk when they told me there are no microwaves on the resort. Not providing this simple amenity is just a way to encourage people to continue to buy food at their restaurants. I did not like that at all.

While I typically refrain from complaining, I must express my dissatisfaction with the overall experience, which was far below expectations, particularly given the price tag. To make matters worse, being charged by both Expedia and the hotel only added to the chaos. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by this hotel.

Had a one night stay at the Town & Country. We were permitted to check-in early, Ariel at the front desk was very helpful. I've visited to the hotel several years ago and it was great to see the updates reflect a modern, hip look. The little time we spent at the resort was enough to convince me to return and stay once again, only longer!

The property was nice and clean. The staff was good and gave great service. The room was not so great. I was in the "happy camper" room, and I was not a happy camper. The room was very small and the bed was uncomfortable. The paint was chipped and the bathroom was worse than what I had in my college apartment. The air-conditioning was not central. It was a swamp cooler in the wall, which was very noisy and rattled all night long that I had to turn it off. I can't speak for the other rooms at the resort but I was extremely disappointed in this especially for the room being over $300 for one night. Love the resort not crazy about the room. The reason I stayed at the resort is because of something that was happening at the convention center. That is attached to it. It was very convenient for that reason but I don't think I would stay at this place if i were to do it again.
