While the actual hotel room was clean and fairly up to date, the property itself was noisy with people at the hotel screaming at each other (“get your hands off of her”/“leave her alone”) at 4 am one night. This hotel attracts many sketchy individuals. The room ventilation in our non smoking room did not work as we could smell marijuana and cigarettes all the time in our room. My wife had an allergic reaction to something in the room. Breakfast items were not replenished. We would NOT stay at this hotel again.

I asked to not have my room cleaned they went in anyway. Nothing but the trash was taken out and my items moved around. My door didnt even seem to lock all the way.

Unfortunately the entire hotel smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and weed smoke, even in the non-smoking rooms. The rooms themselves were disgusting, I get this is a cheap hotel but is it that hard to run a vacuum? The bed sheets were at least clean. The shower had mold in it. When they say continental breakfast, they mean frozen waffles and a juice machine.

Friendly staff, I had a beautiful clean comfortable suite on the third floor with a coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge. Free breakfast, free wifi. Lots of food choices within walking distance.

We arrived from our lengthy flight at night and were told the computers were down and we could not check-in. The manager was on his way and would be there in twenty minutes an hour later he arrived. After sitting and waiting for this man you would think there would have been at least an apology. None of the people at the front desk were overly friendly or helpful. If the room had not been prepaid we would have left no matter what the hour. Our room was not very clean and their breakfast is a joke, there are 3 floors of rooms and the breakfast area has 3 tables for 2.

We had to wait about 45 minutes to checkin because of technical problems, The manager never said sorry for the wait but rather gave us the impression he was doing us a favour fixing the issue.

Cockroaches. Everywhere. In and out of the room within 10 minutes (photo evidence of both), yet they denied our claim for a refund as we allegedly “used the shower and the bed”. ended up paying the $140 for holiday inn anyways, should have just trusted my gut. it will be cheaper in the long run.
