I booked TWO king rooms one for me and one for my business partner. When we got there, there was only ONE king room available so I ended up taking a queen room. SOME of the staff was rather passive when we asked questions throughout my stay (Most we're very pleasant and helpful). Everything was an upcharge from my stay, the breakfast buffet was $30 a day which is a ripoff. When I stay at Hiltons the breakfast is free, so is the Wifi, which was $10 here. If my company wasn't paying for this trip, I would have been VERY upset at how much it ended up costing. Next time, I'll book Double Tree or some other Hilton property when I travel for work. And I'll make sure that no one else from my company stays here when visiting our San Diego office.
