Review isn’t for the property but for Expedia that made a mistake on the reservation, paid with a non existing card, charged me $30 more than the Hotel itself would charge and left me hanging from 11pm to midnight until the front desk was able to contact Expedia after Expedia hang up twice on his face. Over a decade using Expedia never happened that.

Room was really tiny, but we managed for the price. The only thing about the cleanliness was the bathroom floor and baseboard, but other than that it was fine

There was cockroaches in the bathroom. The air conditioning did not work and it was so hot and stuffy all night. We arrived late and the front desk lady was nice but felt like we were disturbing her to check in. The hotel is old and cheaply updated, the mold is bleeding through the paint job. The free breakfast was decent and the staff attending to that were very nice and kept the area clean. Would not recommend.

The breakfast was great and had lots of options. Bed was comfy and the room was quiet all night. The one queen room was definitely smaller than I expected but we did just fine with our pup!

Really close to Sea World and San Diego Zoo. Property is clean and updated. However, walls are extremely thin and I could hear the kids upstairs running through the room at 5am for 3 days. Unable to sleep due to that noise. Next time we will stay on the 3rd floor. Other then that hotel is close to everything we came for.

Their complimentary breakfast is great! I strongly recommend to take advantage of that, considering the rising costs of eating out. It's a very convenient location, as everything you could need is close by.

The hotel has a terrible floor, when people from upstairs walking in their own room, you could hear clearly, on every single step they take. I could not complain to the person, because I could not prevent him from walking around in his/her own room. For some reason, on the first night during my stay, this person started walking around in his room from 4 AM until 7 AM. Stayed in the hotel for 4 nights, no room cleaning. You have to ask for additional towels. Will not come again.

We had a short stay, just overnight before our morning flight. We were permitted to check in early, which was helpful. We stayed with our cat and she was comfortable. The room was on the small side, but did include refrigerator, microwave, and coffee which we appreciated. The property itself was very quiet and chill, though the neighborhood felt a little sketchy. We grabbed a rideshare and explored OB--dinner at OB Noodle House and drinks at The Joint. Overall our stay was fine and we had no issues.

Gina front desk lady’s attitude was almost as stale as the smell of mold inside the room. I booked five nights, but couldn’t stay more than five minutes. This place is disgusting. Not all of the rooms smell like mold but when you get one that does it’s unbearable.

There are bedbugs. Shady place and people. It first started with me feeling the rashes and in an hour my entire family woke up and everyone’s like they all are feeling itchy. Don’t stay => shady place => drunk people => room smells like a box of cigar => no toiletries =>bedbugs
