Daniel, the front desk staff who checked us in was incredibly rude & he speaks to the housekeepers with such disrespect,
At check-in, I was charged a $150 deposit - that deposit is not mentioned anywhere in the terms and conditions of staying here. Daniels solution to that was that I could cancel my reservation and just be charged $120 for one night (without staying there for the night).
I agreed to pay the deposit & was checked into my room, only to find it full of fruit flies and house flies. It was absolutely disgusting. We weren’t in the room for more than three minutes when I went back downstairs to ask for another room. Daniel, who clearly forgets he is in the service industry, spoke to me with such anger in his voice because I was not willing to stay in a room with fruit and house flies for $120 bucks a night. He finally agrees to give me another room - and this replacement doesn’t even have the room number on it. At least the room was relatively clean and fruit flies were kept to a minimum.
To my chagrin, parking was limited due to some maintenance they had (also not mentioned before check in/arrival to the inn)
They advertise free breakfast, which is also a joke. The free breakfast is “around the corner” which leads to an Employees Only lounge.
This place is a disaster - don’t bother wasting your time or money. You can get a better deal right down the road at a different place.
UPDATE: THE HOTEL CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD THE DEPOSIT. SCAMMERS!
