The staff were very accommodating and very polite but this place is very run down and old. A lot of people seem sketchy here..not the staff but some of the tenants. Also it’s very inconvenient to access, it’s right by the freeway so it’s confusing to get here, especially if you’re not from San Diego. I’m not a very big fan of the location. If you need a really cheap place to stay I would suggest this place though

The fan in bathroom was very noisy, not enough coffee packets were provided. No lobby, no breakfast. Homeless camp across the street.

I called the hotel to let them know I would be arriving late; with that call I was hold for about 2 minutes. When I arrived to the check n window, I was told they were in the middle of "shift change" and had to wait. I stood in the cold for about 5 minutes. The room needed more blankets' phone call made to reception, no answer. Had to walk down to front office again and was provide with one. I would not stay there anymore.

The area is prone to transits and working girls. Scarry to say the least. Have stayed here in the past and hoped it may have changed for the better. But no and now pay twice what it used to be. Would never stay here again and would never recommend to friends.

The worst of the worst for a family
It was a horrible horrible place to stay. Not a hotel but a Den for thieves, prostitutes, and other non-desirable individuals. Pool and sauna was not worthy for a stray dog bath. Roach hotel at its finest the roaches had more manners than the long haired pudgy woman with the glasses that refunded my Money. She was rude as if she was a warden running a crack operation. Thumbs so far down it’s a shame. Should not be on any website offering a nights stay.

Cheap hotel not worth the price
Cheaper hotel but had ancient cheap bed with no support at all. Room also smelled of smoke even though supposedly non-smoking

Have stayed at this location before. This time we were invaded with cockroach’s and bugs. Had to fight over reimbursement of stay. Left early. Had to change flights during the thanksgiving Holliday. Almost impossible-no compensation for our dislodging. Our bags are still outside. Don’t want to transfer them to our home.
