Roach infested. Front desk clerk acted surprised when he was told about roaches. Once I showed him pics, he reported they've been spraying. No refund given.

First off I'd like to say that the staff are friendly and polite and My overall stay was actually good I just didn't appreciate the german roach problem the room had by the restroom and on one of the walls. I stayed quiet about it the whole time I was there because I had already read the reviews before staying. (2 nights); With as much as the room cost I hope one day they call an exterminator company to go by to spray the rooms.

Hi Veronica Wilkins, inspite of our hotel policy of no pets, you had 2 pets in the room & did not pay room deposit too. When we came to know about pets & objected, you just argued. The comforter, sheets had lots of pet hairs & room had nasty smell when you checked out.Anyways thank you for your feedback, we will take care that there are no roaches in the room.You are always welcome without pets.Thank you.

No toilet paper in room. When went to the desk was given a roll and told that was the last roll. Had to go to Walgreens and get a pack of toilet papper. Found out when arrived there is a $40 cash deposit that wasntmentioned when booked online. Could only get two towels for 5 of us in the room for 3 nights. Sheets and blankets all stained.
Don’t trust the pictures. The rooms are in bad conditions and they smell bad. The restrooms are disgusting. The bedding eas dirty and had stains. The pillows looked very worn out and had stains. The small sofa had no legs and didn’t have much cushion. When we were waiting to check in the police was there because an employee had stolen things from a room.

It smelled like a gym and the ac units were old and fully loaded up with a dust infested filter and the beds were disgusting and my child has chronic asthma and I got a smoking room for what reason? ...
I was asked for $40 cash deposit when I arrived. I asked the clerk to include it in my credit card. He said it was cash only. After a few minutes he allowed me to stay without the cash deposit. I liked the fact they have a security guard at night. Overall it was a positive experince. Thank you.
