Rooms were nice. Had microwave (Didn't mention that in amenities). Only issue of concern is that there are no ice machines on all floors. You have to take elevator or stairs to I forget what floor it's on (That's my point!).

its possible the walls are paper thin- but we were up all night with the people above us . When we called the front desk; they clearly let them know it was us complaining as they proceeded to pound on the floor

Check in was amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. From there it went downhill. Power went out from just after 9pm and didn’t come back on until after 2am with ZERO communication. I tried to talk to the staff that night and was met with gruff irritation like I was the inconvenience. There was never an apology or explanation. A simply sorry for the inconvenience. We are doing everything can. But nothing. Breakfast was pretty good the first morning but the next was poorly stocked. If you’re looking for a hot shower, this is probably not the hotel for you. I will not be staying here in the future nor would recommend.

My go to Salem lodging. Staff is great to all. They're all polite and happy. No snarly people here. Shopping, e-z access to all major roads, and good price.

Check in was easy, nice and friendly staff. Good continental breakfast. Pictures online show a hot tub but this is the second time we have stayed here and it has been covered both times. No fault to the hotel, but this was the nosiest stay Ive ever had. The people above us were stomping and running back and forth until about 11:00, and the room next to us had the TV so loud I could hear what they were watching. Ok hotel for price but horrible nights sleep.

Check-in was quick and easy. Room was spacious, microwave was included, interior design was basic, limited amenities.

Very basic amenities no shampoo, minimum of towels, pitiful microwave, TV channels no movie options at all
So stuck with broadcast channel middle of program.
Staff was universally cheerful,helpful.
We will probably go elswhere for these simple amenities at same price.
