"Fabulous room with balcony overlooking the pool and spa like facilities. Felt like a holiday even though I was there for work. Staff bilingual, incredibly helpful, well run, good value depending- close to shopping and food. Would most definitely return!"

"We really enjoyed our 5 night stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful and the property and room were clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. One thing I really liked was every floor had a water bottle refill station (thought this was a great idea!) so bring your water bottle! We didn’t use the pool or gym but we did go down and view them and wish we had more time to use them. There is a resort fee and as we didn’t use the wellness facilities, was kind of a waste of money for us. But I would definitely stay here again. The chateau is central to everything in old Quebec. It was a lovely experience and one I would recommend."
