Close to grocery stores, restaurants, fast food and a huge green area with kids park. Close to the highway for easy access. Property and rooms were clean, well maintained. Breakfast was sufficient with 2 hot foods - eggs and sausages or eggs and potatoes. Also included are waffle makers to make your own. Plenty of other fixings such as breads, sauces, hot oats etc. Room and the bed was clean, easy check-in and out. Only negative- the bath tub leaked a little from underneath and due to door locking system not being reset after the daylight saving ended (been ~15 days since that though) locked us out of our room an hour earlier than check out time..

The check in was a nightmare. I had just driven 7 hours straight and my daughter and I were exhausted. Apparently my reservation didn’t show up on the computer. I showed her the receipt of payment and check in dates etc. She said she couldn’t help me and wanted to charge me for a room. I showed her the receipt again and asked to speak to the manager. She said her manager wasn’t available and was very evasive and her answers. I continue to persist, and she finally called a manager. The manager was able to look it up and make the connection for the reservation. The front desk attendant continued to have an attitude and was very disrespectful, even when it was obvious that she was wrong I was very disappointed in the customer service.

Nice place, but the ventilation needs improvement.
Next to our room, there were some late night birds coming and going. Also, the ventilation was pretty bad. The AC unit would turn on and blow a strong wind in our faces or nothing. By the morning, we had to keep the front door open to let some air in. The breakfast was nice. Our boys enjoyed the pool

The staff were really wonderful, warm, friendly and efficient! stains on the carpet in dog-friendly room, kind of a turn off. Tile or vinyl flooring is more appropriate for cleaning thoroughly in dog friendly areas. Otherwise it was great!

I am usually lazy to write a review for a hotel. But, I have to give a good review to this hotel. I got smooth and fast check in even though I arrived during midnight. The room is big, clean and cozy. With less than150 dollar, I even get a buffet breakfast. I will definitely come back.

Love this place!
Was greeted when I came in, friendly front end staff, including the breakfast usherette very helpful. The room was clean , no smell, bed and pillow was comfortable. Was excited I got to park right in front of the room I’m staying at. Love the pool just didn’t have enough time.

Location is okay. You are close to the freeway so lots of vehicle noise. Pool is open till 11 and kids and adults were very loud till 11pm. Rooms are decent.
