The hotel was average and just about what I expected for the price. The room was basic and my only complaint was that I spotted a couple of roaches and there were no wash cloths during the stay, only towels. This was my first trip to the island so I’m not sure if that was the norm there.

I travel for business and base my reviews on the services mentioned on the site and how they compare with what I encounter. My primary interests are wi-fi and speed for my work, a/c, and hot water. Those aforementioned attributes were excellent. There were some glitches but they were handled quickly and professionally. To my American tastes, the breakfast sucked. There were many who partook, but restocking was not a strong suit. I had positive lunch and negative dinner service experiences. The food(fish) at both was excellent. I stayed an extra day to complete my business at my initial hotels.com rate. I would recommend this hotel based on my discussion.
