Dear Maria, oh no, so sad you have encourred into this!Unfortunatelly we are not able to manage the outside noise, in central Rome can happen that sometimes especially during the week end he city is awake until late.We could indeed have mooved you to a courtyard view room if we would have known.Regarding the AC, in Italy it's very difficult you find a Hotel that goes lower than 20 degrees.
