The hotel has an agreement with a public garage located under the hotel therefore lighted by artificial lights just because it is located under the hotel like most of garages. Being public and having a lot of movement, the staff must be in possession of the keys to allow the staff to be able to move the cars and to park them, furthermore the key is also required for safety reasons, in public car parks these are the rules and public garages on public holidays and Sundays the hours are reduced.Regarding the lifts, it is true that they are small being a building from the 1970s, but they are well decorated and colorful and our staff is here ready for any rare emergency. Our keys are a choice, they are provided to us by a craftsman who makes them expressly for us, each one has a different color and gives us the opportunity to socialize more with our customers who, when delivering them, exchange a few words or ask for advice at the reception.
