Since 99,99% have a much better opinion of our establishment than what you suggest, that can only mean we are not so bad as you depict above. We have been in this business for more than 40 years and we do not believe to have built our reputation only on the opinion of family and friends. Regarding our location, Via Margutta is one of the most important and prestigious roads in Rome. The building in which the Hotel is located was built in the 18th Century and it was called "Teatro Alibert". You can easily find the history of both sites with a research on Google.Our Hotel has 28 rooms in total, that vary from the small double room to the Suite. You can easily find the description of the room types on our website with a description and size in meters. The elevator that services the building is a 1960 antique which has been recently updated to all the security standards that the severe italian law requires. Actually most clients like the elevator and appreciate its vintage looks.
