Lovely hotel with good food and friendly staff. A little away from the centre but there is a bus you can take from near the hotel (360) you can buy bus tickets at the hotel reception. They also provide you with maps and directions and can help you source taxis if Uber refuses to cooperate, as it did for me. Really good price per night considering a breakfast buffet is included.

The staff were very helpful. The hotel was a little dated but nonetheless comfortable. I did have a few waits for buses into the city and I think as a solo traveller I would in future choose to be a bit nearer. When I used the bus and had to wait for connections I did not feel unsafe, even when it was dark.

Not a central hotel, therefore you would choose it if you need to be in the area. But there is a very good and frequent bus line to the center (bus no 360) and one of the most helpful and friendly staff that I met these latest years

My parents live nearby thus I use it as a base when I go to visit them. It’s in a great residential location which allows to get to the center of the city easily. It’s clean and service is great. Anything I need, an early car or a charger, is provided with a smile. On a side note, I love the breakfast

Although the hotel is a ways away from the usual tourist sites in Rome, it is on an express bus route that made getting to the sites relatively quick and easy.

This family owned motel made me feel like part of the family before we even arrived. They communicated with me via email and answered all my questions giving me suggestions and options to consider. They were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Their breakfast bar had so much from which to select. Even their coffee machine made cappuccino with shots of espresso. They are located one block away from a hill next to a park with a view of Rome. There is where is the bus stop that takes us into the center of Rome only 20 minutes away. I have already started to recommend them to my friends.

Two couples stayed for 5 days. Our stay at Hotel delle Muse was excellent! Nice and quiet neighborhood, away from the crowd and noise but close to everything by public transportation. The rooms were clean and nice. Excellent breakfast. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. When back in Rome, we will stay there again.

The staff were outstanding, very friendly and helpful. Nino, Paoblo and Arit all amazing. Gabriel the manager answered all our questions about travel and put together a great itinetary for our trip to Naples and Pompei. The restaurant is terrific. Great breakfast and dinners with big variety. Quiet safe area. Loved it.

We booked a room at Hotel Delle Muse on our final leg of our trip for 3 nights, thinking that we would rest and use the amenities. The hotel location was a bit far from all the touristy areas, but close enough to the zoo and Villa Borghese park. We walked everywhere anyways. It’s located in a nice and safe neighborhood with a grocery store down the road, if you’re looking to stock up. Our only negative is that we booked a non-smoking room and got a very bad, full-of-smoke room. As we travel with children and allergies abound, the staff would not provide us with a new room - and instead their only solution was an aerosol spray to mask the smell.. lol.. :( We still recommend this hotel, however, for its outstanding breakfast each morning, the staff that was very helpful and it’s lication. Regarding the smelly smoked-filled room and broken AC, otherwise, we give it a thumbs down. We would stay here again.

The roads and bus ride to the hotel was horrible. My back still aches a week later. The hotel was very nice with a good breakfast but is way out in the boondocks.

This hotel offers the opportunity for the traveler to stay in a residential area and get a feel for life in Rome. It is not far from bus & tram stops and restaurants. The morning buffet breakfast is great. The hotel's restaurant is located under a ceiling of ivy vines. The food and drink, while not fantastic, are good and the prices are very reasonable. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was nice and clean and even had a balcony with view of neighborhood at no extra charge, courtesy of Giorgio! Location was outside the central area in a quiet residential neighborhood, which we enjoyed. Hotel lobby and first floor outdated but, didn't bother us since staff more than made up for it! Breakfast was great! Going back for the last leg of our trip. Great value for your money!

The online pictures were adorable and one, most attractive was the one with the covered patio where breakfast is being serve. This turned out to be dirty and musty smelling. the leaves had not been cleaned off the tables in weeks. Breakfast is serve in a lower level room with hardly any ventilation (apparently the "restaurant". Very disappointing. The rooms were spacious but the mattress and linens need updating. Staff was friendly. Within reasonable distance of the major sights.

The hotel is on the 360 bus route from Roma Termini so it is easy to get in and around Rome (allow extra time on a Sunday as the service was noticeably less frequent on Sunday). There is not a lot in the immediate vicinity of the hotel it is in a quiet area. Good breakfast available with assortment of cereal, fruits, pastries, cakes and a lot of other continental assortments. The hotel restaurant was good value and fine for vegetarians like us (the risotto with asparagus was very good). The hotel building itself is quite old but the room was clean, shower worked well and we had a balcony which was nice though we did not use it much. It was good value and I would certainly go back. Staff friendly and helpful.
