Nice Hotel
Glad to rest here before our flight to Los Angeles. Hotel is a bit small but the rooms are big. Staff are super nice!!!

Had a quick stopover in Rome before heading up to Tuscany and this hotel did the job. Definitely nothing too special, but the price was right. Very quiet neighborhood during the day.

Nice location - room needed updating
Hotel is located in a nice quiet area of Rome near parks and within walking distance of metro. The lobby are was nice, but our floor and room were more dated. The bed was two twins pushed together and they were not even the same mattress so it was uneven. AC light came on but never seemed to work. Luckily it was cool out so we simply opened the window. To top things off, at night the poor we noticed how poorly lit the room was. Would explore other options before booking here again.

About Average but falls-short of its 4 star rating
Hotel is bit dated with worn out carpets. Shower water leaked through tub and flooded bathroom floor. Jacuzzi tub didn't work and there were no kettle or iron in the room. It was bit of a walk from shops etc and nothing available late (after 10) around that area. Air conditioning wasn't working efficiently either. Room and linen were clean though and rooms are really good sized. Breakfast was included and it had good variety. Staff were good and helpful. Overall, nice average hotel to stay if you don't expect too much from a hotel.

Good hotel
The hotel was very good in the inside but it was a little far from the center and the neighbourhood was nearly empty and very quiet . The hotel staff were a little rude , a very few buses came near the hotel area and the nearest metro was nearly 2km .

Nice getaway during a hot period in Rome. Very close to the Villa Borghese and easy access to Rome on foot.

It is a nice hotel not more than that. Very basic, not very clean, and not the best condition. The worst thing is that they added my "new" taxes to me bill - more than what was announced on hotel.com

The staff spoke English and there was even breakfast in the morning. We couldn't get into our room and the staff work up a hard sweat to get the room open for us. All in all its a good hotel for the price and distance from the main attractions

Great quiet location
the hotel was extremely quiet as it was christmas week. therefore the bar and restaurant were closed. The staff were so very kind and made my stay very comfortable. the breakfast staff were superb. overall the hotel was in a very quiet location but with good transport links to the city. The catacomb Pricilla is a close walk and near a fabulous wee cafe set without the big city ambiance

ok hotel, bit noisy
it was an ok hotel, clean and comfortable, but very small. The worst was that unfortunately our room was bang opposite a building site with workmen banging away continuously from early hours. Admittedly we didn't complain or ask for a room change as we knew we weren't going to be in the room for long, and we had early starts.

Horrible Place to be
They are a bunch of scoundrals/crooks. I hired a cab/taxi to go to airport in the morning, paid $50; on return to the hotel in the same evening cab driver drove me in town and asked for $65; I asked the hotel staff to help me resolve this issue with driver, who did not speak English, the hotel staff started bullying me to give $65 to cab driver. I called the cops, only then the staff agreed to medicate and sent off the driver with $50.00 !!! I had to yell and scream to ask for the manager to come on the phone. After she talked to me on the phone, she came to hotel, only to yell back at me !!!..... I pulled her up in front of the staff and told her they need to help the customers and help them, instead of harassing them. This place is very far from airport; room was not made, when me and my wife were out. Just a sheer disaster.

The most appaling thing is the lack of food surved for breakfast: even yogurt was in sort supply. The service in the dining hall did not meet the minimal standards: the visitors had to struggle for teaspoons, bowls and saucers. The staff was slow and inefficient. On the plus side is the location of the hotel, the neighbourhood is quiet and respectable.

We could not have been happier with the hotel. The service was excellent, the staff very personable and friendly (and they spoke English). Nothing was too much for them. No matter what time of the day or night, they always had a smile of welcome. Am definitely going back

Raw Sewage Odor & Inconvenient
Not 4 stars! We stayed here near the end of June, 2011 and agree, on all points, with TNT99 (Trip Advisor Reivew indicating sewage odor months before). Biggest problem was the strong stench of raw sewage in the lobby and breakfast area. Response from the front desk was "that's not the hotel's fault!" Hotel should have advised guests of the problem ahead of time so that other arrangements could be made. Also found walls so thin that everything said and done in the next bathroom could be heard. TV volume and AC was pre-set and unchangeable with the room controls. Stains on furniture, stained flooring, rotting moldings due to inadequate shower curtain, cracked marble, trouser press in two rooms didn't work/no iron. Info and photos put out by the hotel are misleading - rooms are small and dark; it is not close to bike rental, Rome Center or dependable public transportation. The bus from Rome Center to the stop near the hotel stops running at 9 pm.(No bus/tram station nearby - only stops). Very intimidating area - dark, lonely and a far walk from the alternate bus stop if you stay downtown after 9 pm. It is close to Borghese Park, the Zoo and a few nice cafes. Hotel management was contacted and changed misleading photos but did not address other issues.

Good Location
We found this Hotel clean and comfortable and ideally situated 5kms from the center of Rome but with a regular bus service close by. The Reception staff were particuarly helpful in explaining how and where to catch the bus and the location of local resturants.. The hotel is situated in a quite business area which felt very safe even late at night. We would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Rome.

The location of hotel and ABSOLUTELY ALL THE STAFF were perfect! However, our Suite #501 was NOT handicapped accessible. Height of toilet, bidet and sink were for munchkins NOT average height people like us. We loved thebufet style breakfasts, three dinners, food and especially the bar area and the attentive service of the staff.

it was nice!!
the hotel was realy nice but they gave us the smollest room of the hotel. we went with two more couples and their room was nice and big. WE PAID FOR THE SAME TYPE OF ROOM. If they give you the room 110, 210, 310, 410 or 510 dont take it tell them if they cant change you.

Hotel was ok but not ideal
Firstly the location of the hotel was well away from the main attractions but there were several bus routes nearby and at only one euro for 1.25 hr journey, a good cheap form of transport, although we did have trouble getting tickets on our arrival day. One improvement for the hotel could be to sell bus tickets. The hotel was clean and comfortable but the rooms were much smaller than we were used to. The staff were friendly and helped when asked but didn’t explain the hotel facilities on arrival and offered no help with luggage. Maybe I have been spoilt with Asian service! The safe in the room didn’t work because of a low battery, despite telling the reception staff, it wasn’t fixed. The balcony door was somewhat insecure but neither of these factors caused any issue.

Clean hotel but poor service
The hotel was very nice and clean but the service was not good. The only excellent service we got was from the breakfast staff. They were very kind and prompt. The service at the front desk was not helpful. They often didn't understand our questions, were late on requests, and provided incorrect information in their "handbook". I found it disturbing that in their handbook it indicated to dail "73" to reach the front desk for assistance, including a medical emergency, when it fact it was a completely different number (and I only found this out by going down to the front desk). I also overheard the front desk telling other guests completely wrong information on how to take transportation to get to a specific site. Although it was good for the money don't expect "outstanding" service.

먼 데 지저분하기까지.
멀어도 싸고 편한 곳을 원했기에 예약했는데 사진에 속았습니다. 지저분하고 와이파이는 계속 끊기고 방음도 엉망이었습니다. 조식은 괜찮았어요.
