Dear Lior, First of all, we thank you very much for choosing the H10 Roma Città for your recent stay in Rome and for your review.We do apologize for any inconvenience you experienced, that is not typical for our hotel.It is a shame though that you did not appreciate our location: the hotel is situated in a quiet and residential area very close to Viale Marconi, a well known high street for shopping. We do not know exactly where you went for a walk but we would like to point out that in our area there is not any safety issue. On the contrary, it is a quiet location far from the hustle and bustle of the busiest areas of Rome. In addition, walking to the centre might not be the best option (it is a 40 minute walk) but apart from the public transportations which are very handy (tram, bus, train) , for the city center we offer a special taxi fee service which is also very convenient and flexible.About the payment of the reservation at the check in time, as my colleagues inform you, the reservation you made with Expedia was with Direct Payment at the hotel; I would like to inform you that it is a standard procedure for all reservations with this type of payment in addition to a guarantee with a credit card number or cash deposit for extras, We are sorry if this affected your holidays.We hope to have the chance to welcome you back again soon and we take this opportunity to send our best regards.
