Owner is impossible to contact. The address for the reception for check in is a literal street. My room had a wall that was falling apart and the shower head needed a deep clean.

La struttura è in una buona posizione anche se la stanza lasciava abbastanza a desiderare. Muro scrostato, pavimenti rovinati, e muri troppo sottili, si sentivano i vicini chiacchierare. La colazione non compresa nel pacchetto lo rende ancor meno apprezzabile

La struttura è vicinissima alla metropolitana linea A ed è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti dalla Stazione Termini. Ci si sente come a casa, consigliatissimo.

Op onze reispapieren stond dat we een nummer moesten bellen, voordat we naar onze B&B zouden gaan. Helaas stond wel de straatnaam, maar niet het huisnummer hiervan op onze papieren, alleen een telefoonnummer. Die werd echter niet opgenomen, ook na na verschillende pogingen. Gelukkig wel het adres van onze B&B. Daar aangekomen wel een naam op het bord, maar ook hier werd niet gereageerd. Toevallig kwamen er mensen uit de poort/deur en konden we toegang verschaffen en kwamen we op een kleine binnenplein uit. Maar wat dan? Gelukkig voor ons liep daar opeens een kamermeisje van onze B&B. Met haar naar de andere locatie gelopen om in te checken. En wat schetste onze verbazing, daar zat de eigenaar achter de receptie (en telefoon) naar een Soap te kijken. Lijkt me voor verbetering vatbaar (understatement). Kamer was verder prima,voor wat je kunt verwachten voor deze prijs. Harde bedden, klein badkamer, Allebei niet erg, plek van de toilet wel, je kunt nog beter op het bidet sch...ten :-). Perfecte locatie overigens wel om te starten met je rondreis door Rome.

Muito bom este hotel! A dica para os futuros hospedes é que o local do check in fica na rua indicada no ato da reserva, porém não ha nenhuma placa. Assim, procurem um local naquela rua onde vende-se pizza... fica ao lado para fazer o check in. O hotel está em local de super fácil acesso(uma rua de distancia do local do check in) e é muito limpo. Indico este hotel!

El personal del B&B muy atento. Nos recibieron y nos asesoraron muy bien. Después no los vimos más. La habitación normal, sólo decir que la cama no era muy confortable, el colchón de muelles era incómodo. Durante el día la temperatura en Roma es buena, pero de noche refrescaba y hechabas en falta mantas que no había en la habitación. Comentar que la zona es muy ruidosa, aunque con las ventanas cerradas tampoco molestaba mucho.La zona donde está la habitación muy bien conectada con la estación Termini de Roma.

Watch out for late check-in!

Our plane was lending at 10:45 pm but the check in is possible only until 10 pm. This was a problem for us because reception didnt want to wait for us even if we were willing to pay late check in fee. We were told us that if we dont make it until 11 pm we can come next day at 8:30. Our fee was of course not refunded. We had to pay for second hotel for the same night.

Betaalbaar en centraal liggend hotel

Het hotel lag centraal vlakbij de belangrijke hotspots van Rome. Het hotel zelf zag er netjes uit en het gaf een veilig gevoel dat je drie deuren door moest voordat je op je kamer was. Dit ook in verband met spullen. Verder was de kamer schoon en netjes. De schoonmaakster was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

O hotel é muito bem localizado e muito próximo à estação Termini. Porém para mim foi extremamente difícil achar o hotel, uma vez que, não possui placa em sua fachada. Outro ponto decepcionante é o quarto do hotel ser situado em outra rua. Quarto extremamente pequeno. Deve-se avaliar o custo-benefício. Como estava sozinho não tive maiores problemas!

Good room - noisy street

Our main window was facing the road. Due to pretty poor insulation it was pretty noisy as the traffic is almost constantly going at the round about. other than that great experience and nice people. Also the checkin was a bit difficult as it is at a different location than the room itself. We enjoyed it it a lot and would rebook it with a different room :).

B&B confortável

O B&B fica ao lado da basílica Santa Maria Maggiore, em uma ótima localização, perto de restaurantes e mini mercados, além de estar a 5 minutos da estação central. O quarto é grande, camas confortáveis, banheiro grande que inclui secador de cabelos, há ar condicionado split. Não possui café da manhã, mas no geral, tivemos uma ótima experiencia.

Misleading location!

I choose this "hotel" because it was two blocks from train station. Turns out it is just an office for what they called a "B&B" many blocks further away, so did not help for my early morning departure----
