Location. Is great walkable to many attractions, but also on bus route and termini train station is a short walk as well. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean large room.

Hotel Review
We did not have hot water. The toilet had a water drip so the sound was annoying. The sink is very shallow so the water splashes all over. The service and the people that did check in were very friendly. Location was fine for seeing different attractions as we enjoy walking everywhere. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Close to train. Room was clean.

Great location (fancy building, a stone's throw away from the Trevi Fountain et al.). Nice & friendly staff. For a one-night stay, the room and breakfast were both okay.

We absolutely loved our stay here. We were given very clear instructions on how to find the hotel and we loved the entrance with its fountain and old fashioned elevator. Staff could not have been more friendly. The room was a very good size and was in a perfect location for all the sights. Breakfast was especially lovely, we loved having that brought to us in the morning! We would definitely stay here again. :)

Yves and his team were very welcoming,and friendly nothing was to much trouble,the rooms were comfortable and cleaned regularly ,and the hotel itself is situated close to many of sites of interest within about a 20 minute walk

Fantastic location, walking distance to pretty much anywhere you'd want to go. Had no problems finding or accessing the place. Completely met all requirements for our stay in Rome while out exploring, I would certainly recommend staying here.

Very clean. Apartment size room. AC worked great. Bathroom was ample size. 2 luggage racks were available with wardrobe including safe. There was a communal apartment sized small fridge in the common area to store yogurt, juice, etc that you purchased from the grocer. There was also a toaster, microwave, nespresso machine, and kettle available in the common area. Fob and keys added extra security to the 5th level of the apartment. Didn’t take advantage of the breakfast. It was 7.50 € which may have been decent value. All and all great stay and staff very helpful

This is a very small, quiet hotel on the top floor of the building with a fantastic location near Termini Station. Check-in/out was easy and the staff were great. We were very happy to have spent 6 nights here.

It was located in the convenience place. A bit difficult to find at first as the sign was small. Room size was good and clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is located in a large building with big doors from the street and occupies only the 5th floor. They will provide several keys for entry into the building door, gate, elevator and your apartment. Very centrally located! The staff was absolutely amazing, and helped me so much during my stay. I had gotten sick and they helped to translate the medications I needed. My room was also upgraded when I arrived! Just be aware that the elevator is very small.

This is a B&B. You have a room in an apartment building. Although clean, it is not anything high end or special. Location was good as it is right next to Republica station. That is the only plus. And the staff were really polite and tried to help as much as possible. They say breakfast included, but they kept forgetting to replenish breakfast. And they only had a few items for breakfast. Property needs renovation. Elevator can only accomodate 2 people at a time. No shampoo or amneties in bathroom so you would have to bring your own. Pictures shared on expedia do not compliment the actual venue. This is not a place I will stay at again.

The staff were extremely helpful- they gave restaurant recommendations, gave good advice concerning visiting local areas, and were extremely helpful at check-in/ check-out. It’s in a great location, it’s within walking distance to several of the major attractions; pantheon, coliseum, Spanish steps, and more. It’s also near the train station for easy transport to other areas.

This is a really fantastic boutique-style hotel/guest house in a central location in Rome. I stayed here for a 12 day business trip and would definitely stay again. Rooms are clean, comfortable and basically furnished. Decent wifi. The staff go out of their way to make sure your stay is comfortable and share tips and local knowledge (thank you Alessandra!). An Italian-style breakfast is provided, along with yogurts, cereal, and great espresso! The property is very quiet and secure, plenty of restaurants in close proximity (superb gelato a couple of doors down!). Walking distance to major tourist attractions (Colosseum, Pantheon etc). Thank you for the stay!

The hotel is beautiful and charming. The staff were very helpful, marking places on the map and suggesting places to eat. Getting a cab from the hotel is very easy, and they arranged a shuttle to the airport. Some of the sites are within walking distance of the hotel. It was a very pleasant stay.
