Very nice older property. Well kept and in very nice condition. The staff was great. Helpful and friendly, These are two room suites at the price of a single room. Many good resturants close buy.I will stay there again on my next trip to Rochester. Excellent Value.

Good value for the money. Suite was spacious and recently updated. Furniture was in need of replacing and skylight had recent leaking but overall pretty good.

The kitchenette was nice for a week stay to store groceries and not have to eat out. No elevator so carrying everything upstairs was not convenient. Room was nice and bed was comfortable.

We had a lovely room that appeared to be newly remodeled. Our room was a king suite. We were sad to only be there for one night! The layout of this suite was very nice. I am doctoring at Mayo Clinic and this property will be first on my list of a place to stay. Oh, there was a fish tank just outside of our room with the sweetest parrot fish. He would swim over to wherever you were!
