This place is good walking distance to the beach and main tourist areas in Playa, and the garage parking is nice although be aware you do need to ask someone to open and close it for you every time. Both days we were there the streets around the hotel were closed, because it is across from the main square where they have festivals. So it was kind of hard to navigate to the hotel, we had to ask police offers to move the barriers to let us in. Most of the rooms cost less than $50 and for the price, I think it is a great choice.
However, absolutely do not book the "premium room" which tricked me because it did not have a clear description. It turns out that the premium room just means that there are two separate rooms, one of which is a "kitchen" area, although you couldn't actually cook anything in there (or sit, there wasn't a table or even a chair). It seemed to be that because there was a tiny dirty oven, it doesn't include the breakfast. No room coffee either, only instant in the lobby. This room was on the first level of the hotel, and neither area (kitchen or bedroom) had a window, only a sliding glass door next to the bed that opened directly onto the main pathway through the hotel by the pool, so we had to keep the blackout curtain closed the entire time which made it feel a bit like a prison without any natural light.
The shower never actually got hot, which was also a big negative. There is no blanket on the bed, only a sheet, so it was cold at night.
