What made the trip was the kinda staff Myca at the front was so kind, Melissa also such a sweet soul and the guest services guy amazing customer service to you all. If I was rich you three would be hired as my personal assistants. Thank you for a great anniversary trip.

There was a lot of noise here. We had to pay for parking which we usually do not have to. The beds were uncomfortable and too soft. It was not a horrible experience, it’s just not a place I would choose to stay at again.Also, some of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Kind of expensive considering what you are getting but it was great staying for one night! Also, I would appreciate knowing about paying for parking ahead of time!

Wonderful experience!
I really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. It was nice, quiet and the staff was always friendly no matter what time of day. I enjoyed how close it was to everything and how convenient the shuttle stop for my event was at this hotel. The rooms are spacey and it made my stay with 3 other people super comfortable. Didn't have issues with keeping hot water which was also nice. Everytime I had an issue with my key card they would fix it right away. (Don't put your key cards next to your phones)

I like the hotel except that there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom. The first day when I checked in was really, really bad. I stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights and it has dissipated a little bit by the 3rd day. This was my 2nd stay and I did not encounter this on my first stay. Whoever serviced the room should put in air freshener to counter the smell.

Paid 300 dollars for a room for one night. No complimentary breakfast. Paid for parking , heard a dog barking all night . It was absolutely horrible !!!! Never again!

We were initially a room that smells like a nursing home with dirty socks :( Requested room change and it was good room. Why give a dirty room to your guest? this would have been a 5 star rating

The first room smelled, noisy could not sleep the second room was sorta ok then I was charged 3 times for the meal in the resturant and it was welcoming someone named Irma Morgan to the room I was in which I brought to the front desk attention during my stay and when I checked out and as a bonvoy member I was not credited for my 3 night stay reached out to the hotel was told the manager would get back to me still waiting……… so I would not be staying there in the future

Our room was on the ground floor, near the elevators & reception area. It was noisy & we couldn’t open the curtains because GROUND FLOOR = NO PRIVACY. The 1st night we were awakened by the shrill, shockingly loud smoke detector—twice. They sent a guy who said it needed a new battery, and he pulled it off the wall meanwhile (since it was midnight!!). It was not replaced in the 3 nights of our stay. We requested a room change, and were told that it would happen, only to be told later that there were no rooms available because firefighters were occupying all of them. For the price, we could have done better with an airbnb or another hotel.

We got to our room at night so we didn’t notice there were blood stains on the pillows and sheets until the next morning. Me and my husband were unable to talk to the staff in the morning because we had to take our daughter to her orientation. When we called once we got back they asked why we waited to say anything, and when I asked if they could change our sheets we had to do it ourselves. It’s unbelievable how nonchalant the manager was.
