Arrived to the hotel, parked in a very dark garage. The front desk was not welcoming. Arrived to the small room and there was a flickering light, I asked if they could fix it and they told us to come back to the front to get registered to another room (would be nice if they didn't make us drag our luggage back to the lobby).
When we entered the next room, we had about 10 mosquitos flying around, it wasn't very clean and there wasn't bedding for the extra single bed. Shower was randomly hot and cold with very low pressure. It was quite unpleasant to be freezing and then half burned multiple times during the shower.
The hotel is about 15 minutes walk to the metro station. About 45 minutes to central Barcelona by train.
When we arrived back to the hotel after visiting Barcelona we asked for bedding and more towels as we only had for two people. A guy who wasn't wearing a uniform came out of the back and said he didn't have and bedding or towels. I asked him if he could take from another room and he said he couldn't leave the front desk. He managed to find a sheet, fortunately it wasn't cold so my brother was able to sleep with just the sheet and no blankets.
All in all, this hotel lacks professionalism, cleanliness, and maintenance and that, combined with the distance to Barcelona makes it not worthwhile to visit unless you specifically need to stay in Ripollet.
