"Room is fine but I dislike how they take your key when you go out"

"The Glam is a great choice to stay in Rome. The room is clean, comfortable with a great view. Location of the Glam hotel is excellent. Rooftop views and bar are excellent! Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast and dinner food were delicious. We had an amazing time. Highly recommended. Thank you The Glam for your hospitality in Rome."

"The booking must be paid up front at the time the reservation is made and cannot be cancelled once you arrive at the property. Once we arrived, our experience was terrible. There was no one to greet us and explain the check-in process. When I called the number provided, a person provided instructions which were difficult to follow and we would not have been able to even enter the property without help from someone who was staying there. The property itself was very poorly maintained (not at all what was advertised) and very dirty. We did not check-in and sought out other accommodations. I tried to obtain a refund through expedia but received none, as they informed me that they tried to contact the property unsuccessfully. This was a truly disappointing experience to an otherwise wonderful trip."

"Fantastic hotel! Great location: right next to Forum and minute walk to the colosseum. Nice shopping nearby. The staff were very helpful as well, arranging taxis and private transfers. The food at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was great! The best part is the rooftop bar! Great strong drinks reasonable priced with a fantastic view!!"

"Bathroom in 404 kept flooding whenever we used the shower, bad experience. Asked for an iron took forever, first they brought us a bassinet, then we eventually went to dinner without it, came back and one was in our room. Imagine a hotel not getting a IRON for hours and the bathroom flooded whenever anyone showered. No good."
