All in all was an amazing stay and would stay again. Little things we found was lack of # of outlets, better mirror, bathroom space, and walkable establishments. Howver we did like the peaceful and away from the busy areas vibe as well. The pool is so nice and so well maintained. Clean, and view of marina was so nice! Beach was great! All staff was very nice and accommodating. Thank you for our quick weekend getaway. ☀️🙂

Shawn the owner was wonderful. The size of the room was great. The maid was great. The furniture in the living space was very uncomfortable. No tv in bedroom and front ac unit was very noisy..we will go back.

This motel it is a gem. The property is well kept. The heated pool was the highlight of our stay. Check in was a breeze. Thank you for the attention. We highly recommend San Vista

Cute but no cigar
Friendly staff, especially Diane and cute pool and seating area back on the water but the vast majority of the motel is on a busy, noisy road that kept us up at night. The pictures are a bit deceiving. While the decor is beachy, one person can barely fit in the bathroom and the kitchenette is very small. The noise and bathroom will keep us from coming back.

Definitely clean and cute little place. We only stayed one night. The beds were soft but comfortable. Some people might find the shower stall a bit small and a little bottle of shampoo would have been nice. I did make an edit to Google maps because when navigating to this place It took me to a house a mile and a half down the street. Don't know if my edit fixed the problem so be aware.

This beach rental is lovely! We stayed in a cute little room with a kitchenette. It’s across the street from the beach, the pool is great, and the dock at the back of the property affords a view of manatees throughout the day! It’s clean, cozy and accommodating.

This a small, quaint, older hotel. The grounds are beautiful, and I love that we could park right outside our door! Love that there were tables and chairs all around to have coffee and eat. The beach across the street was just perfect! No crowds and the sand is heavenly. Beach chairs are provided. The downfalls were there was no hot water for a day(we were allowed to shower in an adjoining room) the refrigerator was not cold enough to keep food from going bad, and there is some mold in the bathroom shower. The weather was cold so they had heated the pool- but when it warmed up- it was way too hot to enjoy, I’d stay again.

thank you for the review we fix the hot water as fast as we could with some help from local friends since we could not find a plumber the could come out until the next day but we stayed until we were able to get it fixed that evening we were unaware that your fridge was not cold i wish we new we would have fixed it as soon as we were made aware of it turns out it was 17 degrees in the freezer and froze up not sure why if the door was left open or it just needed defrosted. as for the pool we keep the temperature @ 82 degrees sorry for any inconvience.

Property was very clean and nice views. It is difficult to give an accurate rating because there was a tropical storm going on. We stayed inside most of the time. The area is beautiful.

I've been to another hotel further up near indian rocks, and this was set up (interior decorations) was much nicer as well as the outdoor sitting and well,everything looked really nice and ideal for a vacation scenario =D The beach was far south of the main pier so it wasn't really crowded either.

Amazing host Diane!
Stayed there for one night, great location, right across from the beach, new pool area that backed onto a waterway in the back. Walking distance to restaurants and room was super clean Diane the host, was awesome, definitely stay there again!

Perfect spot and comforts.
Nice quick trip with a perfectly located hotel. They had all beach essentials for you to borrow in addition to fishing poles.

They have a great dock where we saw manatees with our coffee in the morning. The staff was very friendly it was like staying with family. The rooms was clean and bright. Great beach access right across the street. It doesn’t get any better than here!
