"Lovely hotel with a lovely restaurant and outside seating. The only issue was the cleanliness of the room. It was thick with dust and cobwebs, along with hairs in the shower. We reported to reception and they only provided us with an email to email after our stay."
"Ample and easy parking, great location, hotel is very well established with excellent staff. Every member of staff I met each time be it at the reception or in the corridors has been extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable albeit some timely refurbishment is visibly required in some places. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay each time."

Food in restaurant was very good for dinner and breakfast, although there was some issue with a very long wait to be served, being given out of date menus that were not longer valid.
We also organised an event there. It cost 1100 GBP for afternoon tea for 20 people.
The quality of food was terrible. It cost 25 GBP a person for a few little cakes and sandwiches which were tasteless and dry - like they had been cooked 2 days before being served. I deserve at least a partial refund."
