The water in the tub would not drain out. Picture fell off the wall. Broken glass behind the night stand. Wall was dirty. Looked like coffee spilled on it.

I thought the hotel was old, there was no heat in the lobby, the breakfast was poor and the towels were old, i will never stay at this hotel again nor will I refer anyone to stay there

Breakfast was literally only tootsie fruity cereal or a waffle. No peanut butter- no fruit- staff was ok- the night guy was a little weird with my teenage girls I had with me for a basketball tournament. Two towels per room for a 4 day stay. The window in my room was held shut by a piece of wood. My daughter’s peep hole in the door was covered with just a piece of napkin wadded up. However- it was the cheapest place to stay - and we survived-

There was garbage under the dust ruffle of the bed, curtains were hanging off the rod, furniture needed to be wiped down, poorly repaired shower curtain rod. Breakfast consisted of cereal, toast and a waffle machine. There was nothing to drink besides coffee, and there was no fruit of any kind,

We ended up not staying at this property because of mold in our room. To start, I got there to check in and there was no one around. Waited a while and a guy showed up in a jacket and winter hat. He kind of seemed surprised to see anyone. Got checked in and made it to our room. Nothing special but we were tired and ready for a good nights sleep. I went out to my car to grab something and see the front desk guy getting in his car and taking off. WTH? Got back to the room and decide to take a shower. Yuk. I see mold on every wall and ceiling paint cracking. I went back to talk to the guy and he wasn’t there. After a minute he pulled up and once again looked startled to see me. I told him about the mold and was going to get a new room but after all the weirdness we decided to pack up and leave. I wasn’t comfortable staying in ANY room in that hotel. I asked for a refund but he told me to call Expedia. I see that it was a non refundable room. SUX!

VERY Disappointed!
We were VERY disappointed with this hotel with a long list of deficiencies including but not limited to: heater did not work so couldn't have the fan on (just blow cold) so massive noise from adjacent rooms flooded past paper thin walls. Very hard to sleep with noise ALL night long. Bathroon was nicely equiped with a hair conditioner but empty shampoo container, but hey, the toilet ran all night off and on. This hotel offers breakfast, after looking it over we were grateful there was a Safeway next door to go buy real food. For a hotel that boasts a decent rating one wonders if it was a 'third world' rating because this hotel was extremely disappointing!

Check in is at 3:00. Our family arrived at 4:00 and our room wasn’t clean yet. We had to wait until 4:40 to get into our room. Very inconvenient.

Beer and pop bottles laying around outside the motel. Dogs barking in the late hrs. The room had a smell like urine. The sink stopper did not open so nothing was draining. Desk clerk was not friendly. No ‘free’ breakfast in the morning as advertised. I did not feel safe when in my room nor when letting my dog out at night. Just not happy with the whole experience.

I’m not going to lie, it was a little sketchy at first but its not bad. It does have a slight smell of cigarette when you first walk in but it’s not lingering. The room and restroom were clean, the bed is comfy and their tv has good channels. Price was a bit extreme.

The bathroom was not clean. When we arrived, there was long black hair in the bathtub, sink and toilet bowl were dirty, dead bugs in the window sill in the room. Food remains were left at the far end of our hallway for days. There is no cleaning between days, which a sign at the front desk informed us about, but there was also a notice that for guests staying longer than three days (we stayed for four) this service was available, but we did not receive it. We will never go back to this hotel, and probably never stay at a Days Inn again.

Likes: Close to downtown area. The staff was responsive. Dislikes: The person checking in was a tad blunt/distant. There was rarely anyone physically at the front desk. You always had to dial zero at the front desk to get someone per signage instructions. Other issues; stained bedspread/resolved, annoying flickering fluorescent light in bathroom at start up, poor sink/tub drainage, sink had no stopper, tub needed recaulking, tub floor bouncing, inordinate amount of cigarette butts near street level step/parking lot, no visible area for handicapped or easier way other than steps to bring baggage into the building, and stomping overhead of other guests.

We checked in looked at and smelled room—-air freshened room and failed! Immediately checked out and went to Cambria hotels! Dog hair and human hair in bed, even though sheets appeared to be washed! Room smelled like a urinal after 1/2 of a can of air freshener! Smelliest place I’ve ever smelled! Room stunk! Will be requesting a refund from Travilosity!

Worst night sleep during our 10 day vacation. Strong cleaning smell in whole hotel and noisy AC fan. Dated everything. Breakfast was all white bread. Parking is a bit hidden in back. The parking in the area is shared among business's so it's not just the hotel.

We're an elderly couple and could not get a handicap room. I was unable to get into the shower safely. We didn't see another staff member the entire time we were there except to check in. A note was left saying there is no room service unless absolutely necessary. Breakfast was served and the area seemed clean, but again, we never saw a staff member.
