Had no heat even after 2 request for maintenance to fix. 3 days later still waiting for the refund I was told I would get for one night, because I had to leave one night early because of having no heat

Care has been taken tontry and keep this tired hotel up with the times ... with middling success. It was clean and got the job done ... and the food in the Adams Pub was excellent - great co venience to have right in the hotel without having to go out. To be fair ... i checked in late, grabbed something to eat, crashed, and was out the door by 7am ... so cant comment on "surrounding area" etc. For the price it got the job done.

There was a mouse in our room. Carpet was gross. Shower floor slimy to the touch. Booger looking mark on ceiling. No one cleaned room or replenished towels. We asked to change rooms. New room was better. Loud neighbors.

We stayed here over Christmas time - close to a lot, things to do in the area. However, the hotel itself is rundown and the staff clearly let people who aren't staying at the hotel, stay in the hotel, in the common areas. There was also a crack pipe left outside of our room door, 2 doors down. We reported it to the front desk and it still wasn't cleaned up by housekeeping.

Rodents..
Rats/Mice in my room ate through my luggage. Got moved to another room with barely an apology which was unclean and included open food containers from a previous guest left behind furniture. No wonder they have a rodent problem if nobody is properly cleaning the rooms.
