Hello Robin, we're very sorry to hear you found problems in your apartment and are even more sorry you didn't bring it to our attention whilst you were staying with us so that we could put your concerns to right. Each room has its own water cylinder which is affected only by the demands placed on it by the guests in that unit. We have spent quite a sum of money over time on our endevours to isolate sounds within each room; unfortunately we cannot completely mitigate against every issue and we apologise for your discomfort.

I'm sorry you had trouble finding the property. There is a reflective "lodgings" sign by the road at the driveway entry, plus the name written in large letters on the letterbox, with good signage at the private entry on the shared driveway. The problem is that some folk rely heavily on Google Maps instead of visual, resulting in them overshooting the driveway.
