This place surpassed our expectations, but what really made the difference was the staff. We celebrated my wife's birthday, we weren't expecting anything special from anyone but to our surprise there was a birthday cake and a bottle of champagne waiting for us in our room. Everyone from the receptionist to the waitress were just absolutely friendly and always asked if they could do anything for us. This place is just remarkable.

A special thank you to Gilbert at the front desk, who was extremely professional, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. He made the check-in process smooth and ensured we felt valued throughout our stay. I also want to recognize our butlers, Coffee and Ronaldo, who went above and beyond every single day. Their attentiveness, kindness, and dedication made our vacation even more relaxing and memorable. They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and provided exceptional service with a smile. Another special thank you to Jose at the buffet, who provided outstanding service during our meals.
