hello .. this hotel, the only good thing that has is the entertainment team .. poor service at the front desk . cheking time long ass hell , the staff a the front desk very poor customer service , not the extra mile , sorry for the owners but service and smiles should me number one !! This resort had so many things to do, I was never bored i my 7 day stay. They had great service, food, entertainment for th ewhole family. They had a sports bar for my husband, a kids club, a water park, and kiddie pools for he kids. They had a casino, and many stores for us who love to shop. It was amazing.

Absolutely terrible resort, the worst I’ve been to. Staff were extremely rude and mean. They ignored guests when questions were asked. They acted like guests were annoying and staff acted like didn’t want to be there. Food was awful. The entire group got food poisoning and restaurants served raw steak that wasn’t edible. Room was worn down and dirty. Balcony hot tub had brown water when filled. All around disgusting.

The place is beautiful. The food was not great. The restaurants available were very pretty, but the food was average. Our hot tub jacuzzi, had a very weird pulse. The Jets did not distribute water at a good pressure. Two handyman came to look at it, and both told us that there was nothing wrong with it. It was pretty annoying. We overall had a lovely time at the beach and in the pool. Wouldn't stay there again, maybe if We get a free vacation. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't amazing

We had a great time here. This property has plenty to do and I much bigger than we expected. I was not sure about the food at first, the breakfast buffet was the same every morning and Strickers Sports Bar was underwhelming, but the Hibachi at the Japanese restaurant, the Mexican restaurant and lunch buffet at Miramar were all excellent. Would recommend making reservations right when you arrive. Also enjoyed the shows each night. Set up a trip to Monkeyland through Runners Adventures and a Catamaran and snorkeling trip through Happy Fish right next door. Would recommend both. The spa was also amazing. Would go back again with the family and would also be a great place for a couple.

I booked this resort because I saw the 38k reviews on Google, but now I know why there is so many. When you are trying to relax at the pool, the staff come up to you pressuring you to leave a good review without offering any service and won’t leave you alone until you do. All of the restaurants were booked at normal hours days in advance leaving us with dinner reservations at 1030 pm. The food options at the buffet were very limited and food was not good. We ended up walking down the beach to the nova restaurant and had the best meal of the trip. All of the coffee machines were faulty and broken. The only coffee shop was in a cigar lounge that opened at 4 pm. Our room was dirty when we checked in. Whenever we got our room done, no towels were left or changed over. We did not have towels. When we asked for towels after showering they did not knock and came barging in our room with an attitude. At the pool you are only allowed 1 towel. Our room did not look like the pictures posted for the resort. Our safe was broken a couple days into the trip, unsure if someone was trying to get into our belongings. Something as simple as asking for a water bottle, the staff seemed annoyed and not welcoming. We saw staff members that work at the resort going up to people’s tables at the pool and drinking their drinks when they were in the pool. There was only 1 bar in the pool for all inclusive. The only thing nice about the resort was the beach and the snorkel trip we booked.

Let me start by saying I stayed here two years ago and it was wonderful, since then it has changed many policies and really isn’t all inclusive. This time unless you had premium package which was not offered by Expedia and did not get mentioned to me by staff not everything was included. The restaurants you had to make reservations for and I went as soon as I arrived to the concierge to get reservations. Without premium package the only available slots were 9:30-11:00 pm!!!!! Premium got dibs on all other slots. In addition we could only pick three restaurants to make reservations for out of the entire stay meaning the rest of the time was at the buffet. The water slides were free with premium but we had to pay 10.00 a person to use them. Mini golf was free till 5:00 pm then we had to pay 5.00 a person to play. Last time we could use the adult only pools and restaurants as well for free and this time we could not. Bartenders would not serve us and we went to the adult only buffet one night not knowing this and it was also 5.00 a person. Reservations for things like paddle boards could not be had unless you were premium or spoke spanish( which I asked in English and they said they had none available so then started speaking Spanish and then all the sudden they had one right then and there). I learned this trick because my son went two weeks before me and same thing. Our room had black mold growing in the shower grout which can happen as stuff ages and it’s humid there.

The staff throughout the whole facility were rather unfriendly for the most part. And had trouble understanding English when convenient for them. Checking in was terrible service, they would walk away from you and not come back. They missed placed our reservation. The staff got upset that they messed up our reservation, they tried to put us in completely different ends of the resort. The resort itself is beautiful well-maintained dining with reservations. The service was much better. The buffet service is just OK. And lots of things to do for families.

The resort experience was fantastic, but booking through Expedia meant there was no airport transfer available, resulting in a $30 US charge for each journey. Remember to bring your inflatable ball for the kids, and ensure you have essentials like, painkillers, bandages, and eye drops handy.
