Everything that the staff could control was great.
I liked the hot water in the entry for hot chocolate and tea. I would have liked a herbal tea option. Breakfast was pretty good until got some sour milk. It was not past the expiration date so the staff couldn’t know it was bad.i loved that our room was warm when we got there.
All workers were friendly & welcoming. They were able to answer all questions & give suggestions to nearby places to shop or eat. The room was clean & was better than anticipated with the remodel going on.
Overall the stay was great. The rooms are very clean. the only problem we found was with the window's curtains, they are a bit short and will not cover enough to keep privacy and to avoid outside light getting into the rooms.
The breakfast was very good every single day. We were there for one week and we will keep this hotel in mind for next time.
Between the road noise from the nearby highway and construction noise from the remodel, I didn’t get any sleep. Should have saved my money and driven start through.
I did not get to stay there. When I landed in Salt Lake and took my phone off of airplane mode, I had a message that you cancelled my reservation because you had overbooked.
When my wife called you to see what could be done, you were of no help finding a room elsewhere.
A lady at a nearby hotel that was fully booked got online and found a hotel that had a room available for me.
I will not be staying at a Holiday Inn Express in the near future...
The couch bed had sunflower seeds and no bedding in the room. No fan in the bathroom. Staff was friendly and helpful. The power went out in the morning due to a scheduled transformer change out and breakfast was eaten in the dark with no juice. I would not stay again

It was good
The hotel was okay. It is being remolded, so I felt like they didn't take care of the little things in our room, stained chair, broken lamp, burnt out light bulb. But everything seemed clean. Morning front desk person was super helpful but everyone else was
Drapes did not close all the way. Dirty and worn room. Stains, poor handyman work. On the freeway and windows seem to be single pain (loud) Won't return.
We were all showered and ready for bed, only to turn on the tv, and it didn't work. Called front desk, and they offered to trade rooms, but we were tired n just wanted to relax n sleep, so we didn't move. But small bench was also in the way of walk way, so just a bad design on the layout for this particular room.
Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very personable, friendly and accommodating. They often asked if we needed something before we asked. Pleasant stay.
The whole stay was filled with kind helpful staff the beds were perfect the location was within easy distance of the areas we were visiting. When we visit next we will be staying here again.
I didn’t like that the tv was on a wall that you couldn’t watch from the bed. The curtain was black and filthy and they didn’t match they were different sizes one size was too small. The bathroom window looked like it had mold in it.
Our room was right next to the freeway which I didn't realize and so I had to keep the TV on to drown out the freeway noise. The bed was slightly uncomfortable. But the thing I did not like was they said they served breakfast til 9:30 am. If you say you're serving breakfast til 9:30 am, then serve breakfast til 9:30 am. We went down at 9 am with several other families and nearly everything was gone and the girl only restocked yogurt which expired back in June. Nothing there to make pancakes, it was all put away by 9 am. I was a little peeved given the fact I paid way more for my room than it was worth. A little breakfast would've gone a long way. I don't know if the girl was just lazy and didn't want to put out more, but young children don't wake up at 6:30 am on a saturday morning to eat breakfast.

This property was dirty everywhere. Including the sheets. Stains on the floor and shower had a soap ring around it. Just awful! Do not recommend this Holiday Inn. If I had not had 3 hours sleep the night before and driven 8 hours I would have found another place to stay. It was awful!

Room didn’t have a desk with outlets and lamp. Stained chair. Not very many outlets in room. Dinky TV. This is not up to Holiday Express standards.

It was a complete bust. The reservation did not get pushed to the hotel. As a result they did not have any rooms left that would accommodate my family nor could a room be found at other hotels in the vicinity. As a result it ruined our plans for the evening. I ended up having to make a very late drive after the event we attend to get my family home. We had been looking forward to this weekend for a very long time. I am very disappointed and angry.

Nice hotel. Right off the 15 which is nice. Taco Bell and Carl’s Jr are around the corner along with a gas station. Only complaint, was the bathrooms weren’t the cleanest. They weren’t BAD! But like the walls by the sink and the tile baseboard things had stuff dripped all over them. They looked disgusting. But other than that everything was clean and the staff were friendly. I stayed with another adult and 3 kids ages 4, 18mo, and 1yo. I’d stay again for the price and the convenience.
