I sincerely apologize for the experience you had at our hotel recently. Providing the best service, cleanliness and value to our guests is our highest priority. I was surprised to read your review because we have a great housekeeping staff and are proud of the work they do. However, there were obviously some mistakes made in the cleaning process in your room, and I definitely understand your frustration. Again, I am very sorry.
