"The peeling paint on the ceiling, unusably dim lighting, spotty temperature control on the shower/sink all could have been overlooked happily, but the non-functioning AC in the room is a sticking point.
I requested facilities to look at it 3 days in a row, and it wasn't until the end of the third day a tech came to the room and told me it was just broken. Front desk staff begrudgingly listened to my complaints, but were unable to move my room as the hotel was full until Monday (my departure).
Understandable issues given the volume, but being treated like an annoyance for a legitimate complaint left a sour test in my mouth."
